Imo BG is way younger than 77.

That's what I thought FOT SURE at first. When I looked at the first pic (the one where the hoodie is not so prominently seen- usually on the left when both pics are shown together) I thought that it was someone around 30-35. Then, I looked at the one on the right and thought, no he's at least 10 years older than that- 45-55. In the first pic, I thought that it showed his hair and it was dark blonde-light brown. Now I think it's not his hair but a hat or just the blurred vision of the hoodie that can be seen over his head distinctly in photo 2.

Also, I thought that BG's coat was extra large and stuffed with various items and/or layered clothes. I could see indentions around his coat that made me think there was not a lot of fat underneath. Also, BG's legs seemed much thinner and somewhat shorter compared to his torso than RL's body type.

However, now I'm not so sure about the pics at all, and feel they may be too distorted to really tell these things.

Unfortunately, I strongly believe that the motive in this case with be a sexual one. There are really no other reasons for a grown man to kidnap 2 young girls, take them to a secluded place and murder them.

I will be surprised if this wasn't a sexually motivated crime.

That certainly is a very strong possibility. However it could also be argued that the fact that it was done in broad daylight (risky) suggests a "crime of passion", a temporary state of psychosis, mental decompensation interfering with reasoning and reality testing, etc.

Thinking RL knows who BG is just doesn't pass the logic test for me.

If RL knows, why don't other people in the area know?

MOO

Does it happen? Sure. Is it likely? Not really.

Yup, that's why I wrote the bolded part in my post...Which, for some reason, you chose to cut out of my original.
Anything is possible. Many things aren't probable.

We don't know that nobody on this planet hasn't identified BG either from police interviews or via the tip line because the police have never even hinted no one has identified BG. I think it's more likely many people have told police they believe they recognize BG. I believe the police know who BG is and where he was before and after the girls were murdered. IMO

Did not intentionally cut out any part of your post. Sorry...accidental. I was merely adding to your discussion of motive, not challenging it. peace.

I will be shocked if it's NOT a dope deal gone wrong.

What if he's a friend from out of town? Even in small towns everyone doesn't know when someone has a guest.. What if he's a recent employee RL uses to help manage his land and animals? LE has reason to suspect RL for some reason, hence the probable cause SW execution that lasted 14 hours and is taking one month to process. I am not local, so I don't know what the chatter is around town, so I wouldn't assume that the locals hadn't seen or been familiar with BG in some capacity if not a resident of the town. IMO in order for LE to serve that warrant they had to believe RL participated somehow in these murders. Why else would they do it?

The FBI would not have used 6000 billboards across 46 states if locals knew who BG was. IMHO.
But we don't know how many tips came in after that fact and how many pertained to the same person.

Why lead 2 girls to your own property to kill them and then leave them.
Sorry makes no sense to me

Me neither and knowing searches are being made close to the area where the girls disappeared from. Plus PO's own land was searched more than once it looks like. I hope LE will soon make an arrest of the murderer/s :jail:

Toss a cell phone into the back of a pickup that doesn't belong to you.

Someone's said there is only a few towers. What if BG took the phone and tossed it on his way to alibi town? If he was looking to have an alibi? IMO

what do you mean by "ringing" all over town. How would one know where a phone rings? Liberty's grandfather was the one who said it was "pinging" all over town.

Duh! That was a typo I missed. It was supposed to say pinging. :blushing:

Sure they would. These are digital billboards and not hard to set up. MOO is they were covering all their bases. No reason you wouldn't cast a nation wide net at the same time you are looking local. You wouldn't want let him slip away into another state while doing the local investigation...Many agencies involved means there is plenty of opportunity to multitask. JMO, billboards coming down, a lot of silence from LE...everyone waiting for the results of that probable cause SE..MOO

Understood about the billboards--not like someone has to climb a ladder and paste them up anymore.

But, my question is, have they ever used 6000 billboards for one case before? A suspected serial murderer local to me used 5 billboards, IIRC.

MOO.

ETA: Wish we could read tone of online comments. I may sound snarky but I'm really not meaning to. Peace.

I don't know the answer to your question, I didn't take it as snarky so no worries. Perhaps the technology available makes it easier to do. JMO but I don't think that it's an indication of the nature of the crime as being the work of a serial killer. JMO but even if they thought so initially I don't think they think so anymore.

After Aleah's case broke, I'm officially 0% on WS with my so called 'gut' feelings. Over 20 cases I followed, and I was always wrong. So, now the only thing I feel safe saying about now is that I hope a body is never found on my property, and I hope I never find a body, and I hope I'm never a witness named in MSM. You guys carry on, and I'm gonna learn to log out and just follow along-or at least try to. Y'all do good work here.
But, I'm always wanting the right person caught and prosecuted, so I pray these girls and all others find justice. Xoxo

I am so confused.. look at this photo of BG from https://www.google.com/amp/fox59.co...case-of-missing-carroll-county-teenagers/amp/

In the photo , the " fanny pack " looks like a glove hanging. Why haven't I ever noticed this before; I can make out a thumb.

The gloves look like this :

Has this been discussed and I am just late to the party?

I want the person or people responsible caught, no matter who they may or may not be. I'm just wondering if people, not just here, who vehemently believe who is or isn't responsible, based on a few photos and other clues, will accept LE's findings as to who murdered Libby and Abby.
