Partly why he's lost weight imo, is because he's had no sauce in a while. No longer has that beer bloat.

The Carroll County Sheriff said for a short period of time they had to move Logan to a different jail for safety and security concerns. The sheriff said he’s now back in their custody and is being held for violating probation for the 2014 DUI case.

Is a dispositional hearing typical in these types of cases? If a defendant pleads guilty and admits wrongdoing isn't the sentence usually given that day? IMO, this just all seems like a lot of pomp and circumstance for what he has admitted to doing/violating probation.

For someone who is considered innocent until proven guilty RL certainly has been made to at least look like a dangerous criminal. The MSM tweets mentioning the girls' murders and how RL is in jail on unrelated charges definitely insinuate some sort of connection. Example: "OJ Simpson is in jail in relation to charges not having to do with the murders of of his ex-wife and her boyfriend"...
 
This is quite the spectacle. Unfortunate if he is innocent. My opinion, they are trying to possibly build a case.
 
I found that worth it for the video and photo images and I wish RL well.

LE has not commented on why he had this sort of escort.

Whether it was due to their suspicions of him or protection of him or both is open to opinion.

what could they have done differently do you think?
 
IMO, It would not be unusual for authorities to find any way they can to get someone incarcerated for other offenses while they continue to work on building a murder case against that person. Especially if they have very little physical evidence to tie that person directly to the murder itself. This approach would allow them to get the person off the streets and continue to build their case and search for evidence. IMO, I think there is very little physical evidence that has been discovered in this case, i.e. no DNA of the perp, no fibers directly on the victims, etc. IMO, there may be footprints but those either haven't been matched to anyone OR they could be explained away by a defendant in a court of law. Bottom line, I do think LE believes they know who committed this crime but they don't have enough of a case at this point to be able to get a conviction in a court of law so they are doing the best they can to protect society and give them more time to investigate and build a stronger case. ALL JMO.

As someone else mentioned, when someone has driven under the influence multiple times putting others' lives at risk, some (such as families of those killed in alcohol related incidents) would not consider it a petty offense that the person continued to drive on a suspended license and also continued to drink.

Interesting we have heard nothing abiut searches at the site, dump, etc. Surely they are doing this, have done this. I wonder when this will be officially mentioned.
