The only parent I have seen quoted or on video is Anna, (Abby's mum).

Abby's Mom has appeared quite a few times on TV interviews, as well as in print media. I have only recently seen a couple of print quotes from Libby's Mom, and I believe they were tied to articles regarding local fundraising events.

Libby's mom did an interview recently. Libby's younger sis was also in it; they all carry a strong resemblance.

I didn't save the link but I think it's posted here.

Was the interview at one of the recent fundraising events in Delphi?

I guess I did, but I don't know how since I don't use the advanced option.
:shame::tyou:

I use an iPad almost always and often the smileys do not work when I click them. Then I just find the one I want and type the word that is below -- be sure to put the : : before and after with no spaces. Hug= : hug : without the spaces

For some reason, I do not have anything in the edit bar above this post today.

Has Abby's dad spoken ? I missed that. Do you have a link for it, if poss?

Abby's father nor any paternal relatives are listed on the obituary so I assume that means her mom raised her as a single parent and he's out of the picture but I really don't know, other than that.

Libby's mom doesn't live in the area, according to this interview with the other grandfather:

"Liberty's mother, CT is his wife C's daughter from her first marriage.

Timmons lives in Kentucky with her husband and daughters, A and H. Liberty also has two other sisters, KG and GM, who live in Delphi.

Liberty was raised by her grandparents, M and BP, and her father, DG, who live in Delphi."

Yes, I know. She lives a few hours south. But she has come home to Delphi since the murders. I thought she was at the celebration they had in Delphi the Saturday before Mothers Day. Anyway, just would like to see her interview.

I'm not sure what news report the interview was originally attached to, but this us the video.

You're correct, this report mentions she attended the Celebration of Life.

Thank you so much, Misty. Got me crying again...

You're welcome. I only watched it once and that was enough because yes, her total devastation is just so very obvious, it's as if it pours out of my iPad screen.

Do you have a link to this info about there being a lot more audio? I know it's been speculated & it's my personal belief that there is at least something more we haven't heard yet, but I can't remember it ever being confirmed. Thanks in advance :)

And Primetime Justice Interview with Sgt Slocum;

"Now, you did say at the press conference today that you have more video and more audio than you`re releasing. How many minutes in total would you say that you have?
SLOCUM: Well, that`s information that`s germane to our investigation at this time, so we`re not going to be able to release that into the public spectrum at this time."

So it was during the PC they said it.

Much the same context in this snip as well -

"Police say the photo circulating of the suspect was also taken from Libby's phone. They would not confirm the voice on the audio was of the man in the photo. They remain tight lipped on the investigation as to not give away any information to the suspect or suspects.

"I understand there is info you would like to get into the media but as you know, we have information that is germane to our investigation to keep close to the vest," Sgt. Tony Slocum with the Indiana State Police said. "This investigation is too important to make any mistakes and give out the wrong information."

More random snips --

"An FBI spokesperson said at a press conference Thursday that next steps into the investigation of Liberty German and Abigail Williams' deaths is the need for more tips from people who haven't yet come forward with information they may not have thought was germane to share."
http://www.theindychannel.com/news/crime/delphi-indiana-what-to-look-for-in-a-delphi-suspect

"Indiana State Police Capt. David Bursten said investigators possess more footage from German's phone, but are they not publishing it because "it's germane to (the ongoing) investigation" into a recent double homicide."

Yes, the unusual question from the media was "Do you think you're chasing a phantom?".....phantom and ghost are synonymous.

Good catch, a very interesting connection.

Found this interesting to what "phantom" could refer to "Phantom
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Look up phantom in Wiktionary>>.
Phantom may refer to:

Ghost, in traditional belief, a physical manifestation of the soul or spirit of a deceased person
Illusion, a distortion of the senses"

Correcting the quote -

From the video, immediately after that comment.

Q: Does it ever seem like you're chasing a phantom?

Sheriff Leazenby: I can easily see why someone might develop that attitude and thought.

But then the conversation is cut. Reporter then adds the Sheriff says "it's no cold case".

******

The other "Phantom" connection is the ABC video containing a photo of the overlaid image of a shadowy, ghostly looking BG. I'm sure most if you remember what I'm referring to. It was aired when BG officially was named a suspect.
