We are west. Been in business many years. I don't think we took off Lincoln's birthday on our job sites, but banks and schools might have. What's important with this tho is that an onsite construction worker would typically be off around the timing, usually around 3:00, but if supplies run out or a different trade needs to be done before the framer can get to their task, or an inspection needs to be done to proceed, etc., then they might get off earlier or not even be able to work that day. They might not even know this until after they get there.
So, if DN did not make it to KN's Dr. appt. that day, was it because of work? It struck me as odd when she said that DN even took off work sometimes to go to her appts. It stuck out to me.
Darts matches too. :scared:You were alarmed by it? You know that there are also businesses that allow people to come in and practice shooting guns don't you?
BTW I am watching one of those shows as we speak - Homestead Rescue.
Mrs Stele is not watching it, haha.
TY for this info. Very enlightening. It struck me about her statement too so he must have been working around that time - and could have got off early or the whole day definitely, that's how I took it anyway. She couldn't remember. Awkward that she can't remember that particular day isn't it?

We've talked a lot about timelines for getting these crimes solved; I saw one tonight from Indianapolis that has left me dumbfounded. It took them 9 months to submit evidence from the scene. No wonder we've been warned by Delphi LE that this case is going to take a long time.

On Nov. 15, 2014, Borer was found dead/murdered in his wheelchair
Police interviewed a witness, leading them to King, who reportedly told police he had been at Borer’s house on Nov. 6, 2014 but denied involvement in the death.
In August 2015, police submitted 10 items from the crime scene for DNA testing.
In December 2016, they received a match on a sample of the blood from the bleach bottle to a DNA sample from King.
A week later, police obtained a cheek swab from King.
On May 30, 2017, a second match to King’s DNA was confirmed.
In November 2017, (last week) King was charged with murder.
Plus another 16 months for a match to be identified? This could explain why they still have hundreds of POI's and can't include or exclude any. We've talked a lot about timelines for getting these crimes solved; I saw one tonight from Indianapolis that has left me dumbfounded. Do people actually do that? Guess I've been living in the City for too long. So some hunters kill by accurately throwing a hatchet?
Will be curious to see if Fox 59 / WTHR / local media is investigating the resignation of Ives and the Flora fire chief
