Some of the new details that are emerging from the probable cause documents:

Davey Blackburn was on the phone with a friend when he returned home from the gym that morning, but remained in the car talking for nearly an hour before he went inside and discovered Amanda suffering from gunshot and other wounds.

Oh no. How awful. It's those kind of details that will be especially haunting.

Ok, the house 2 doors down is not included in this timeline except for the time that the owner reports the robbery.

So 5:23 is break in at San Clemente. That means the perps get to blackburn's street much later than we thought.

gunshots and scream happen a little earlier than previously reported by about 5 minutes.

What about the black suv ? Is that now irrelevant ? That's what we would assume be the vehicle they arrived on the scene with ? or now we think it's the sebring ?

Doesnt note time davey left the house ?

Big time gap there from 5:23 - 6:40 and at some time before 6:40 we should see some kind of vehicle leaving to go to that atm -- we have a cam at end of block and its a cul de sac with no other way out. They return in a sebring blocks away.

The physical evidence being solid could render all of this moot, but they need to explain more about this camera at end of the street and why they can't verify coming and going of sebring/suv more conclusively.

Diano Gordon doesn't look like he has normal intelligence - I wonder if he actually tests below the normal level?
You can't diagnose intellectual ability by facial features.

I'm not judging by facial features, and actually, yes, there are several disorders that can easily be diagnosed by facial features.

I'm inferring, from his expression, that he doesn't have average intelligence and my guess is that will factor into his defense.

"Police found a Swisher Sweet cigar package on the counter of the Blackburn home, something Davey Blackburn said shouldn't have been in his house." - if you have been looking at facebook photos, you see they have these often. circumstantial, but worth noting.

Blackburn was found nude with her underwear next to her and her shirt pulled up "as if someone tried to pull it off." But police say "it was not clear" she had been sexually assaulted. At this point there are no charges being filed related to sexual assault. - ugh

Video surveillance from the Chase Bank ATM showed a man driving a Sebring pulling up, wearing a pink garment wrapped around his face. A pink sweater stolen in one of the early morning burglaries was later found in the recovered Sebring. The burglary victim confirmed it was her sweater. She had no connection to the suspects. A second withdrawal for $400 was successful.

Taylor allegedly said he wanted to kill a woman whose home he broke into earlier that morning because he thought he was caught on video surveillance. - not sure who he told this.

Police say a saliva test on the sweater matched that of Jalen Watson. That break in the case led police to Watson and a third man, Diano Gordon, who is on parole for burglary.

Police traced cell phone data on the morning of the burglaries and shooting, which led them to Taylor, Watson and Gordon. An unnamed tipster told police that the three men "wanted more money" so they went in search of homes to burglarize. -- this is an odd tip

According to court documents, Taylor told Watson, Gordon and two others that he killed Amanda Blackburn because she "charged at him." He said he shot her in the upper body so he would not be scratched. Taylor then allegedly told his associates that "he leaned over her body and shot her in the back of the head. He leaned further, looked at her face, and watched her bleed." ** so Watson, Gordon, and 2 unnamed spilled beans ? or maybe one of the unnamed said they were all present to hear that.

I wish I wouldn't have allowed myself to go to their FB pages and connect the dots, going through all of the "KILT" member pages. Even their wives and baby mama's use #kilt like it's nothing. The things they discuss, the way they have NO problem showing firearms, drugs and money... it's astonishing to me. There was one picture of them unboxing guns that was chilling to me. Even going through Instagram with the #kilt brought up too much. Gangs terrify me because they have no regard for life. One thing I have noticed though, in watching various documentaries... they don't kill babies and kids for the most part. I guess if there is any kind of blessing, there is that. But it's evil that breeds evil. These kids grow up in the gang lifestyle and that's the only life they know, it's a cycle. I honestly don't see how these people post the things they post in social media and aren't in jail. I saw many today that will cause me to lose sleep. These monsters should never see the light of day again. I pray that Amanda and her family get justice.

Glad to hear they were caught! :happydance:

You guys are great! Keep up the good work! I'm amazed at what you guys have been able to uncover following this forum! You all should be commended for you all are Super Sleuths!

What seems to be bothering me though..is that the suspect is facing 13 charges in the incident...3 murder charges...was she pregnant with twins maybe?? I found that odd. I also found it odd that there is no rape charge. Why? The LE's said it happened, why not charge him with it?

Also, I wanted to post earlier, but I guess I wasn't approved yet...but my thought was that they arrested 4 individuals..1 which wasn't involved. Could it be possible the 4th didn't want anything to do with it and was the person they saw walking around the neighborhood on his cell phone? Could it be that he was on his cell phone and was trying to find a ride? Could this also be the one that is cooperating?

Just my opinion...

Hmmm -- good thoughts on the 4th person. Makes sense. Good post! Oh, one more thang:

There are NO intellectual disabilities that are diagnosed by facial features alone and you certainly can't tell if someone is intellectually disabled by their expression. How do you know he wasn't high or drunk when arrested? Or mentally ill? Seems like quite the leap to assume he is intellectually disabled from one photograph. People with disabilities are more often the victims of crime rather than perpetrators. JMO

I really am not interested in a long drawn out debate about my belief that he has limited intelligence.

And yes, people with limited intellect are very often crime victims, or are used as aids to criminals.

God Bless Amanda and baby.
Prayers to family.

wow - so thankful they have these guys off the streets & boyyyy was I wrong with my opinions on the robbery.

There's been much theorizing in this thread about how stupid they are and I think we got it right.

Maybe they are stupid. Imho, heavy drug usage warps the brain until it no longer functions properly. One arrested suspect claimed that he was high. Far too many cases land in files on this website where heavy drug abuse was directly or indirectly involved in the crimes. I cannot imagine using meth but have heard it is a quick euphoria for about fifteen minutes. Then, the abuser is ready for another dose because the feeling of coming down is too unpleasant compared to their "high". Sadly enough, crack, heroin, and meth are just a few abused drugs to mention that appear to becoming an epidemic in our society.

probable cause doc states davey left home at 6:00 am - ** note that this is a change from what we have heard previously as 6:11am

Amanda's phone was found next to the the bed in the master bedroom

at 7:05 am when leaving sunnyfield ct, a resident saw hooded individual with shirt pulled up over face talking on the phone loudly.

at around 7:10am another resident saw guy with same description on sunmeadow way. resident watched and saw the guy get into sebring front passenger side. they backed into a driveway there.

Amanda had a gunshot wound on her lower left arm which travelled up her bicep

she also had a through and through gunshot which entered and exited her upper back, this wound was downward

Blackburn had scratches on the left cheek, a split lip and a lower tooth knocked out

forensic expert retrieved bullets from head and left bicep

bullets were .38/9mm class

no casings found, indicating a revolver possibly which would be consistent also with a .38/357

lots of cell phone data. 6:25 what was likely watson's phone was at blackburns street and as time progressed it went to the atm at 6:39 with a failed transaction

Then a successful transaction at 6:54

another phone, presumably taylors was at blackburns home from 6:38 - 7:10

One of the 3 - gordon, taylor, or watson was wearing AB's jacket- according to AB

Gonna stop here and say -- is anyone thinking that part is odd ? like maybe the YOUNG guy is being framed as we are being told what he supposedly said about the murder by other people ??

Just a thought because so far i've not seen any physical evidence that ties taylor to the location. -- that could be in here, but haven't seen it yet.

So , is it possible that AB and watson, and Gordon are trying to put save one of them -- AB ? have no idea if this will play out, i guess it could be as simple as -- hey, i need a dark jacket.
