If he was on LE's radar in connection with Delphi they wouldn't let his pending case sit as it has. IMO

I know that the trial was changed - but I had this in my notes re 1/11/21.

8/17/20 Day 1 of trial: The CDC recommends social distancing as a means of limiting the spread of COVID-19 & other potentially fatal viruses. The Court, on its own motion, continues the hearing from August 17, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to January 11, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at which time Defendant is ORDERED to appear. Failure to appear may result in the issuance of a body attachment.

But of course I don't see it on the schedule that you just posted - that's why I asked. I'll keep it on 1/11 just in case the schedule changes. I'll be back the week before to "see" if anything had changed.

That part you posted is the only place I can see that date listed as a hearing. Maybe it was an entry mistake? Right below it, on the same date, it says the date is for the jury trial.

Would it be helpful if I posted the schedule from May to date?

No need to - I believe - since it was Day 1 of trial - they were moving it to 1/11/21 - and now that trial has been moved. So I might be mistaken. It was just a motion to move the trial from Aug. to Jan.

I'll just wait a week before the 1/11 date - and remind you to look it up!

Friday, March 12th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9am CT) – IN – 13 year old (August, 19, 2019 & goes back a year, Flora) - *Mark Joe Sandifur (36/now 37) arrested & charged (8/21/19) with 3 counts Level 4 felony charges of child molesting & 1 count of Level 1 felony charge of child molesting. Plead not guilty. $100K Surety bond (10% cash). Bond posted by mother & released (9/2/19).
Trial was set to start on 5/10/21 has been rescheduled to 4/19/21 thru 4/21/21.

12/14/20 Update: On Monday, Indiana Supreme Court suspended all jury trials until March 1, 2021. Sandifur's new trial date on 5/10/21 thru 5/12/21 @ 9am. Pretrial conference hearing on 12/22/20.
12/22/20 Update: Next motions hearing which was original scheduled on 8/17/20 on 1/11/21. 1/11/21 Update: No hearing was held, a misunderstanding. Next pretrial conference hearing on 3/12/21 & trial has been rescheduled from 5/10 to 4/19 thru 4/21/21.

The Pretrial Conference was scheduled for March 12, 2021 at 9am and the trial was rescheduled for April 21, 2021, also at 9am.

Whether that Pretrial Conference was actually held...it's not noted on the docket.
