We do know, and have seen LE lie about lie detector test results before. So I wonder if this is the case here or if they did in fact pass. Although, I guess I missed the article stating Justin passed I thought they said Adam passed.

I suspect the OP typed the wrong name. I don't remember seeing anything from LE about the results of Justin's lie detector test.

Has anybody seen a quote from LE saying that Adam actually passed the poly? The way I read it was - LE told Kyle that Adam passed the poly, but that doesn't mean he really did pass. It's just what they told Kyle.

The statement the grandmother said about her being found with her clothes on was a red flag to me.

I think she knew what was going on sorry this makes me sick!
I keep coming back to her statement. It really bothers me. Why did she say that if it's not the case? Far from it.

I'm not sure that LE has said anyone has passed officially. Or at least not to my recollection. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss an article in which Justin was stated to have passed. With as many contradicting stories and MSM articles that have come out in this particular case it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they had. So I just wanted to clarify, and make sure I didn't miss it. It's so hard to keep up in this case because A) it's so disturbing and sad. B) every single article that comes out seems to contradict the last article.

Pretty sure one of the saddest things I've seen is the dress she will be wearing. [emoji26]

That statement bothered me as soon as I read it.
It was like she expected something else but ahhhh its ok now she had her clothes on.

The poor baby was found nude ...
They got rid of everything of hers.
Why?
Afraid they might find something.

I am beside myself here.

So very sad,

"When Tammy Morgan asked Adam about Parker’s interests, he said “Kyle preferred to watch pornographic movies which featured people being spanked.”

Friends of Parker said he “drank a lot” and would “often get naked when drunk.” They also said Parker was “attracted to younger girls in the 12- to 14-year-old range.”

This guy was a loose cannon. So many red flags. People knew he was a sexual deviant. :gaah:

Why would you want to be friends with someone like that? Let alone have them around your vulnerable 14-month-old daughter/niece?

And how in the world does that topic come up around a bunch of men? Im no prude by any means, but according to this family Kyle was only an 'acquaintance' so how did they know intimate details like that?

Yuck.

By all accounts (from Adam and Justin, LEO doesn't say that Kyle said Justin was present), Justin choose not to drink and went to bed. At first, Kyle said Adam had harmed her and threw her down the hill. When confronted with this as not be where she was found Kyle took responsibility. One article (and I can't find it yet but will look again) talks about how Adam and Kyle were only recent friends. As much as many are distressed with what seems to be a lack of appropriate judgment by this family, Justin may not be the ideal or even close father but his name has not come up as participating from the perp's mouth. If Kyle was willing to try to avoid responsibility-- bleach, naming Adam----Justin would have been a great mark.

From what I read He has known him for a year!

Mark your calendars:

Judge Thatcher Quillen said the charge of murder is a non-bondable offense, meaning Parker will remain incarcerated at the Owen County Jail pending an August 10 jury trial, set for 9:00 a.m. Parker will next appear before the court on May 26 at 10:30 a.m. for his first pretrial hearing, the second is set for July 22, and a third pretrial hearing will take place on August 5, both at 10:30 a.m.
...
The Level 1 Felony charge of first-degree murder carries a sentence of 45 to 65 years in prison, with an advisory sentence of 55 years. The Level 1 Felony charges of rape and child molestation come with sentences of 20 to 40 years, with advisory sentences of 30 years. The aggravated battery charge is also a Level 1 Felony, with a sentencing of 20 to 40 years, and an advisory sentence of 30. Level 6 Felonies of strangulation and obstruction of justice brings sentences of up to 2.5 years each, and a Class A Misdemeanor of failure to report a dead body is punishable by up to one year in jail. In addition to the possible imprisonment, Parker could also be imposed penalties and fines of up to $10,000 on each of the four Level 1 Felonies.
...
During an interview with Adam Ammerman, he told authorities he awoke to the front door shutting between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. He said he witnessed Parker walking away from the house, carrying something. When he yelled to tell Parker goodbye, he would not turn around.

Ammerman said he knew Parker through a mutual friend, and had known him for just shy of a year. Parker had been at the home to celebrate New Year’s Eve just months prior.

“Adam informed detectives that he thought he saw a foot dangling from Kyle’s side, but was not certain, so he went back to bed,” the affidavit reads.

And, think about this:

Her official cause of death, homicide by asphyxiation, was the result of an autopsy performed last Friday morning by Forensic Pathologist Dr. Donna Stewart at the State of Kentucky Medical Examiners Office in Louisville.

Dr. Stewart, the probable cause affidavit notes, informed Detective Brown that the bodily injuries inflicted upon the child were the worst she had seen in her career.

This comes from a doctor who specializes in autopsies where sexual abuse occurred. :(

What gets to me is that he could have been in jail if his probation revocation hearing scheduled next month had moved as fast in court as this case has been scheduled.

I'm not sure if there's any way to view someone's FB page once they've deleted it. Unless someone took screenshots of it beforehand. Facebook would still have all of that info in their database, and LE can request it from FB if needed.

I do remember that Kyle Parker had a ton of photos of his little baby niece on his FB wall. His cover photo was a photo of him pushing his niece in a little toy riding car.

I have to wonder if he babysat his niece and if it was her that he was supposed to pick up that next morning?

The niece and any other child that he may have had access to, needs to be examined by a pediatrician ASAP.

I looked all through his FB the day of his arrest. I was appalled at how 'normal' it seemed. He did have a lot of pictures with his baby niece. But they did not seem inappropriate , except for what we now know. But he seemed to have a lot of family and friends commenting and discussing family events, and regular life type of things.

He looked like an average Joe. I have seen much much worse things on FB than he had. Maybe he was trying to fly under the radar?

The one weird thing I saw in comments was one of his friends asked him if he got to see Bates Motel yet. He replied [paraphrasing] ' NO< and I really wanted to see it. I am going to have it netflix it.' Now I liked that series too. But not from the POV of a serial killer...

I know! I find that so weird too. I don't want to be a prude, but isn't *advertiser censored* usually something you watch on your own or with an interested partner....I'm getting the idea that these guys watched it together like another group of friends might watch sports or action movies.

If that is true (and I don't know that it is), they watched *advertiser censored* and drank with someone they knew to be attracted to young girls and who they knew had held their relative, Shaylyn, in his lap while drunk. I mean....wtf?!?

Just speculating, jmo.

Yeah, I'm thinking they were watching *advertiser censored* together that night. Also what was Kyle doing on his phone while Adam was passed out? Talking to friends or watching *advertiser censored*?

FWIW, The articles that were written based on the arrest affidavit make it sound like Adam knew he liked to watch "spanking" *advertiser censored* but it was other friends that said he liked S&M *advertiser censored* and young girls.

"Adam Ammerman also told police that his mother walked into the house one day and found Kyle Parker sitting in a rocking chair drunk, holding Shaylyn in his lap. He told police Kyle liked to watch pornographic movies which featured people being spanked. Police interviewed some of Kyle Parker's other friends, who said he liked pornographic videos with sadistic and masochistic themes, and that Kyle Parker was attracted to younger girls 12 to 14 years old, something Parker denied when he was being questioned by police later."

WARNING: This case is extremely disturbing, and the details may be upsetting to some readers.

exactly this. WHO discusses this? Who then continues to associate and who doesn't report this to the police?! What the HELL.

I guess I have never spoken to friends about *advertiser censored*, is this something that would be "common" to converse about or watch together?

I obviously know watching and conversing about underage children is beyond wrong and sick, but do people in general talk about *advertiser censored*? Sorry I only ask because I have never had this conversation, so I am curious if this would have been something Kyle felt comfortable talking about many different times to many different people, or if this was a conversation that was had once that included the "other friends" and Adam.
