With the passing of WC I remembered this posting about WC having access to one of the surveillance videos from the substation. Wonder if he saw anything on it that may have hastened his death?

There is a least one camera focused on Cedar Lane - which is the easement granted by Horry County Electric to Wm Caisson (yes - the easement belongs to HCE) at the power grid station on 814. At least one camera is monitored by Mr Caisson

I believe she did handcuff him every night since Nov 5th. I suspect that when LE raided their house in February, at 7:00 or 7:30AM, they found SM shackled.

With the other occupants sleeping in the room no less.

I feel a great deal of contempt for Tammy based on her postings, and I think about her family as much as Heather's.

She put loads of photos on-line of her children, parents and sister. None of them had a choice about that, and now they are associated with this case. There is no anonymity for any of her family members. Anyone can google her photos or Dis posts and know exactly what her family members look like.

She claims she homeschooled her children because (as she stated numerous times on the Disboards) she didn't "trust" the school or its employees. That while having firearms laying all over her house IMO.

I think what she didn't trust about the school was them busting her for neglect or drinking or whatever else she was failing at in her parenting. On one hand, I'm glad her kids don't have to face classmates in light of all the violence and X-rated info she released about herself. On the other hand, it's more than a little ironic that she can no control anything in her kids' lives. Because IMO homeschooling was one choice she made so that she could control every aspect of her children's lives.

It does not matter what she posted or didn't post on FB. People think she is a murderer, who hadn't been arrested. Nobody goes, "I think you're guilty but you have carried yourself with class." When people hate someone, everything they do is evil. When you think someone is guilty, everything they do is related to that.

I havent been able to follow these threads real close lately. Has anything been said if TM gets to go to the funeral? If they let TM go I think it will cause big problems and a media scene that Mrs C and those kids dont need.

I have not seen anything in the media that says she is allowed to attend. We just have been discussing if she can or cannot go, but no official word as of yet.

When TM was transferred to G-town, I was already signed up with Vinelink to be notified. I haven't been notified since I signed up. I doubt they will notify if she goes to her dad's funeral. I've signed up for some other inmates in other cases in the past 5+ years and have been notified via Vinelink, some not until after the outing due to security. Some states or counties you can read their court dockets and find out. Not in this case. It's for TM's protection if she is granted to go.

So many say no way for her to go from what I've been reading. I also read that TM would be cut off from family after the funeral financially due to something? Who knows? It has to be extremely hard on all of the families. Especially hard for the Elvis family and the M's children. Parents of the M's too. I hope they all have the strength to hold each other up. Heartbreaking thinking about what they are going through. The Elvis family deserves to know where Heather is and that can be answered.

From what I'm reading, most prisoners, if allowed to attend, get a private veiwing with no family around. fwiw

IMO, if by chance WC knew anything...he never would have talked anyway. I don't think he was fond of police (jmo) and I don't see how he could get TM cleared in any believable way. JMO

And - if you go over to the BOND HEARING forum on here - you will see where a local who worked with SM has reported that TM DID INDEED ACCOMPANY SM TO HIS JOB SITES.

WHY oh why - did the Caison family agree to allow the details of where/when the funeral services will be? They very easily could've kept it a private matter (you do not have to publish in paper or online here - in fact - to publish in the paper its rather costly).

I just don't get it? I would want as little out there as possible so that my family could have as much privacy as possible to say goodbye and grieve. Instead - the whole world has been told about the details.

IMO only
I am more and more convinced that they do things on purpose to try to get another lawsuit. They want more harrassment and they provoke it and do things to bring it on so they can sue. I really do think that. I think others in family may be helping to create a lawsuit now.

Those alleged shooting incidents I am convinced that for at least the one where SM was by himself that they set that up themselves. I dont believe there were 2 guys in a vehicle with hats (no logo description of hats).
These people were running out of money and setting up a lawsuit IMO.

The other incident may have brought their idea to them and that one may have been a real one, as not sure about that one because kids were in vehicle and have a hard time thinking that one was made up but the other one I do think was faked. JMO.

(Just playing devil's advocate. I do think that it is likely they found him handcuffed which is what LE was talking about in the report).

Something tells me, he wasn't.
Something also tells me, That the need to handcuff him came only after Dec 18th, to keep him for talking to anyone about what TM had done and/or forced him to take part in. I cannot fathom any grown man agreeing to it, unless it was an attempt to save his own life or his children's and try to salvage something from her insanity.

What is up with all these disparaging posts about the Caisons? They had nothing to do with Heather's murder. Now, if the family is harassed during the funeral, we will have to hear about how it was their fault b/c they published the details of it.
