Is FCA headed back to Orange County for Probation?

Having FCA serve a year probation would benefit her tremendously. I find it not only odd that CM wants to argue this, I find it disingenuous on his part. Probation for an offender works to re-establish them into society. Isn't that what she wants? To help her find gainful employment. Isn't that what she wants? To help with mental issues. Isn't that what she wants?

ITA! She needs supervision as far as LE. She needs to get on the right path. This is what probation is all about. Is her DT getting her on the right track so she won't lie, cheat and steal from people including her own family and friends? Who knows, they're hiding her...

Perhaps you could contact your local AA or NA office <modsnip>. Even google can be your friend. While the links I am listing are all over the place, local volunteer opportunities ones exist also.

There are literally hundreds of ways you can volunteer to help with AA and NA. It' very rewarding, and a great way to actually help people in real life .

I'm not trying to be provocative but I'm sincerely curious about this claim of volunteering. I've never heard of anyone volunteering at AA or NA meetings. It contradicts the aim of being 'self-supporting, declining outside contributions'.

Why on earth would the DT fight this? It's one freaking year...not in jail. She has gotten off SO easy. Seems like this is the least she could expect. Only reason for a fight seems to be that money can't be made off Caylee and/or her notorious mother if Mommy Dearest has to report to Sarah Probationofficer. I have no respect for these defense lawyers. In my opinion, they are truly scum.

Well, they let her put in her guilty plea, and guilty is guilty by her own admittance and she's not anymore special than anyone else, contrary to what she or her parents or her DT might think!

I got up this morning thinking about whether or not FKC was in this facility, and what the odds were of Mason having any effect at all on the probation requirement, and of course, whether or not FCA would be "brought back" to Orlando.

Then I was thinking about CA and GA off to Houston with Mr. Lippman, and whether or not we are jumping to conclusions that may not even exist. A lawyer goes along because of legal documents or to act as a legal representative.

So are we then suggesting if FKC is already there, and this centre does family therapy - that CA and GA are also going to check in and Lippman is there to check out there admitting papers or something?

Or are CA and GA off on their own jaunt having to do with their own book deal or set of interviews or purchase and this has nothing to do with FKC at all? Although it is very odd that GA, CA via Lippman have had nothing to say over the last few days at all about the probation issue. Which is very unusual for them. :waitasec:

Bold by me... It could be that no one has asked for a comment from Lippman. If he's asked, perhaps he'll supply a comment.

Do we know any more about why the A's flew to Houston? I'm not trying to peer in on their lives or pick them apart, but I'd like to know if it's KC-related.

AND Casey Anthony was proven NOT GUILTY of murdering Casey but that doesn't prevent many from thinking she was guilty. Strickland had inappropriate contact, and took the easy way out by stepping down, rather than being forced to do so. It's all about public opinion now.

Apparently I missed something which is not surprising since I'm not watching everything about Casey anymore, but where did you find out about what is going on with Casey right now? I didn't know anyone knew where she is or what she is doing except her attnys.

I really think they are going to come out and say she is nutty as a fruitcake and she probably is after doing 3 years in solitary and they have admitted her somewhere.

Yes, Cindy is the one who brought it up during her testimony. I was sorry they were not able to use her check fraud considering Casey made the remark that she would lie, and steal to find Caylee. Her weak attempt to cover her actions.

I was talking about the deals that are trying to be made, the supposed interview with AT, the video of her on TM plane, the Hustler offer. Whether she is involved or not this is what is being projected out into the public's eye. If she were on probation there would be less of this and more of a semi-normal life, she'd have to work, she'd have to report and if she needed counseling she could get it. They can't hide her forever. She needs to come out and face reality no matter how ugly she may think people will be to her, it's of her own making. Her DT is responsible for where she is today. But in order to integate herself back into society probation is a good way to do it. Not understanding why DT cannot see this as it is an answer to their prayers, unless it's because they feel she is a money maker. jmo
