Pro-Palestinian demonstrators enter Fox News building in NYC

A group of protesters supporting Palestinians entered the News Corp building, which houses Fox News headquarters, today in New York City.

The protesters could be seen in the lobby clapping and chanting "Fox News, Fox News, you can't hide, your lies cover up genocide." Some were carrying a large sign that read "Fox News' lies cover up genocide," as well as a Palestinian flag.

As many as 16 people were taken into custody, according to the New York City Police Department.

Pathetic. Glad to hear they were arrested.
I guess they don't want a free press in America, either. Just like Gaza.

Israel won't accept ceasefire in Gaza without mass release of hostages

Hanegbi also said: that the IDF "are now in the heart of Gaza City, in all the places we wanted to hit. Thousands of terrorists have been killed, all the targets that the cabinet has approved one by one. We will not stop until all the military and governmental qualities of Hamas and Jihad are eliminated."

But I take exception with this heavily-biased MSM statement that Greece's foreign minister met with his Israeli and Palestinian "counterparts." The Palestinian "counterpart" would be the governing authority of Gaza, which would be Hamas terrorists. Did he really have a conversation with Hamas on this?
I dont know. But... I do have a general understanding that Greek foreign policy has been pretty sympathetic to the Palestinian people since the 1980s (long before it was trendy in Europe).

As for unofficial sympathies, the Athens airport was a designated security risk airport for a while because it was heavily staffed my members of a leftist Greek union / political party.

Evidently not only were some pro Palestinian hijackings quite possibly facilitated by air port staff, but Athens airport was also known for not checking to closely or "There is the unlocked side door around passport control- wink, nod" regarding the travel of wanted Palestinian militants.

For reference, the early PLO was secular with a leftist tilt. So, they did attract some sympathy from leftist parties and organizations in Europe.

Rocket sirens sound in Tel Aviv for first time since Tuesday; no immediate reports of injuries

Incoming rocket sirens are sounding in Tel Aviv and other cities in central Israel, for the first time since Tuesday.

Several Iron Dome interceptor missiles are seen over the area.

There are no immediate reports of injuries or damage in the attack.

Hamas is believed to be stockpiling rockets for a long war, but also has difficulty in carrying out attacks amid the IDF’s ground operation.

Families of Oct. 7 victims file crimes against humanity complaint at ICC

Eyal Waldman, whose daughter and her boyfriend were murdered by Hamas on October 7, and other representatives of families of the dead and those taken hostage, have just submitted a complaint at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

The complaint alleges crimes against humanity were carried out on October 7 by Hamas and other Gazans, Waldman tells Channel 12.

The complaint includes evidence of what unfolded that day, says Waldman, a veteran tech entrepreneur.

Waldman stresses that the representatives of the families also asked the court to issue arrest warrants for Hamas leaders, so that they are prevented from traveling, as the court did in March in the case of Russian President Vladimir Putin, for war crimes in Ukraine.

Waldman says the families were received “with great professionalism” and courtesy by the court’s chief prosecutor and team, who listened carefully to their presentation.

I wonder if we will shortly see a massive launch of rockets from Gaza in sort of a "use em or lose em" mentality by Hamas/ PIJ.

'Goodbye, my brave daughter'

"Heartbroken mother weeps over the coffin of Noa Marciano

after she and another hostage were found dead in hospital complex where Israel is searching for Hamas HQ."

RIP :(

Reuters article goes into detail about tunnel warfare.
Not paywalled, but need to supply email address.

  • Area discussed is northern Gaza, Beit Hanoun (which is pretty much evacuated, except for Hamas)
  • Destroying shafts is easy (So far 130 shafts have been destroyed)
  • Shafts can easily be rebuilt by Hamas.
  • Tunnels are harder to tackle. (No number given on number of tunnels destroyed)
  • One reason is: Tunnels are all connected
  • Several tons of exploding gel are required for several hundred meters of tunnel
  • After action analysis is difficult
  • Care being taken not to endanger tunnels that may contain hostages

With mapping robots and blast gel, Israel wages war on Hamas tunnels

List of places to protest

...
Organized by groups such as Teachers Unite, NYC Educators for Palestine and Palestinian Youth Movement, the students walked out of class and gathered at Bryant Park.

Crowds chanted, 'From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,' a phrase used to call for a Palestinian takeover of the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, which includes Israel.

'We've called on people to walk out of work. We have called on people to walk out of their schools. Many people have responded to that call,' said Munir Marwan of the Palestinian Youth Movement to CBS New York.

They need to have better security! The map released yesterday on areas of NYC included this area and IIRC, it also included this building, Fox News was on the map as a target of these global intifada terrorists.

The son of a man who died in the 9/11 attacks said it is 'hard to watch' TikTok users fawning over Osama Bin Laden's letter to America as he called for Americans to be 'reeducated.'
The 37-year-old has become the latest high-profile figure to condemn online users re-sharing the Al Qaeda leader's letter, which he used to
justify the September 11 attack.

In the letter, which was first published in 2002, bin Laden says one of the reasons 9/11 was carried out was because of the U.S.'s support for Israel - as he spewed anti-American, anti-Semitic and homophobic viewpoints

Would Israel open/create a border into Gaza?

I'm not sure how the citizens of Israel would feel, since Hamas invaded their border, raped and kill innocent people.

Moo...
Ita. The way it appears to stand now is, Paletinians/Gazans do not want a two state solution.
Obviously I won't speak for everyone.
But Hamas and their ilk want to kill every last Israeli, and for the nation to be destroyed aka no more.
And IMO they're not going to stop there.
Idk how many agree with Hamas but I expect it's more than I thought !

In latest psychological warfare tactic, Hamas releases clip raising concerns of hostage’s well-being

Aryeh Zalmanovich. (Courtesy)

The Hamas terror group has published a video purporting to show 86-year-old Aryeh Zalmanovich, one of the hostages being held in Gaza.

The footage raises concerns regarding Zalmanovich’s well-being.

As is the case with previous clips of hostages broadcast by terror groups in recent weeks, Israeli media is not publishing them out of respect for the families of the abducted and not to lend a hand to the psychological warfare being employed by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Zalmanovich was taken hostage from Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7 and has not been heard from since. Before being kidnapped, he managed to text one of his sons informing him that terrorists had infiltrated the Kibbutz.

He is one of the founding members of Nir Oz bordering Gaza working as a farmer there for decades.

He has two sons and five grandchildren.
