Absolutely.Right there with you. The anger emoji just doesn't do justice after Oct.7th
There cannot be a 2 state solution with two chunks of Gaza land separated by Israel. Gaza land has to be consolidated, which might mean giving up the West Bank.I guess when 2 State Solution is implemented,
the settlers will be the first to run away from West Bank, leaving a big cloud dust in their wake

I wonder if the men are kept in a different location if they were not killed right away. We haven't seen any videos of any male hostages like the ones they released of 1 then 3 women speaking.

They do not look as well, as the previous group. I just have no words.12:15 am
First photos emerge of hostages after their release from Gaza

First photos have emerged of the hostages released tonight from Gaza, who have now crossed into Israel.
The images show a number of Israeli and foreign hostages, including 9-year-old Emily Hand and Shoshan Haran, 67.
The photos are from the Rafah crossing where they were handed over by the Red Cross to Israeli authorities.
Gaza will be an exclave.
There are many exclaves around the world
(from the top of my head now):
Alaska(the biggest one)
Kaliningrad
Ceuta and Melilla
Etc, etc.....

Emily's mother died of cancer when Emily was 2.I wondered what happened to Emily's mother. Now we know that her step-mother raised her, but she was murdered on October 7. It's not surprising that Emily appears emotionally numb. Presumably, she is now going to live with her father in Ireland.
Hamas terrorist ID next to his UN ID badgeAmerican taxpayers fund this
I think it's too risky to give Hamas two separate pieces of land bordering Israel. Land is often consolidated - equal land, but it is connected rather than separate. It's usually a benefit to the landowner who ends up with one larger piece of land.Gaza will be an exclave.

Al-Ansari said he continues to work with senior officials in Qatar to address concerns from either side of the conflict regarding the implementation of the hostage deal."What we are hoping for is that the momentum that has carried from the releases of these two days and from this agreement of four days will allow us to extend the truce beyond these four days and therefore get into more serious discussions about the rest of the hostages," Al-Ansari said.
Al-Ansari added that he could not confirm if any Americans would be released on the third day of the truce."Within this kind of mediation, you're always going to find both sides saying that the other side did not abide by the agreement," Al-Ansari said.
The ministry spokesperson also said Qatar is working with partners in Egypt, the United States, and both parties of the conflict to ensure the agreed amount of aid trucks are allowed into Gaza."The lists are delivered on a daily basis. We are now expecting the list for the third day. Sadly, we can't know who is going to be on that list beforehand," he said.
Al-Ansari responded to the head of the Palestinian Commission for Detainees and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs who accused Israel of not abiding by the agreement to release prisoners in order of length of time served."There are a lot of moving parts on the ground when it comes to humanitarian aid there which we need to work through," he said.
"We are now hopeful with the third day of this pause we will be able to hash out all of the details that made this day so difficult," he said.
Cool.Much of the "justice System" going on in the West Bank is indeed oppressive and reprehensible.
Israeli settlers, soldiers fatally shoot 17-year-old Palestinian boy
OCT 11, 2023
Ramallah, October 11, 2023—A 17-year-old Palestinian boy was killed in the northern occupied West Bank today as Israeli settlers and soldiers fired on Palestinians.
Obada Sa’ed Awad Abu Srour, 17, was shot in the back around 3 p.m. on October 11 in the Palestinian village of Qusra, southeast of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, according to documentation collected by Defense for Children International - Palestine.
At least seven armed Israeli settlers from the nearby Esh Kodesh settlement, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, entered the village of Qusra and attacked a Palestinian family’s home.
Palestinians confronted the group of Israeli settlers and soldiers, who fired live ammunition indiscriminately at Palestinians. A bullet struck Obada in the back and exited his chest. He was transferred to Salfit Government Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. It is unclear whether the fatal bullet was fired by an Israeli settler or soldier.
“Palestinian children live in a hyper-militarized context where Israeli civilians illegally settled in occupied territory are armed by the Israeli government as a matter of official policy,” said Ayed Abu Eqtaish, accountability program director at DCIP. “Israeli soldiers, police, and private security staff not only protect Israeli settler populations, but they also aid, abet, and perpetrate unlawful killings of Palestinians, including children.”
At least three Palestinians, including Obada, were killed by Israeli settlers and soldiers during the attack on Qusra. An additional 12 Palestinians were injured by live ammunition.
Six Palestinian children have been killed in the occupied West Bank since October 7, when the Israeli military began a full-scale assault on the Gaza Strip dubbed Operation Iron Swords. In 2023, Israeli forces and settlers have shot and killed at least 45 Palestinian children and killed one Palestinian child with a targeted drone strike in the occupied West Bank.
Israel has an obligation as the “Occupying Power” under international humanitarian law to protect the Palestinian population living under Israeli military occupation. However, DCIP documentation shows that Israeli forces frequently fail to intervene to stop or prevent Israeli settler attacks.
Settler attacks usually entail groups of Israeli men throwing stones at Palestinians, often including children, or vandalizing property, such as homes, cars, churches, mosques and schools. Beatings and shootings, resulting in injuries and occasionally fatalities, are also regular occurrences, according to documentation collected by DCIP.
While they are civilians, Israeli settlers are issued firearms by the Israeli government and many subscribe to ultra-nationalistic beliefs that manifest in extreme violence towards Palestinians, including children. Israeli settlers who attack Palestinians are motivated by the drive to dispossess Palestinians of their land, according to Israeli human rights group Yesh Din.
Impunity is rampant for Israeli settlers who attack Palestinians. According to Israeli human rights group Yesh Din, 91 percent of investigations into ideological crimes against Palestinians are closed with no indictments filed.
Since Israeli forces occupied the West Bank in 1967, Israeli authorities have established more than 200 Jewish-only settlements that house around 700,000 Israeli citizens, according to the Times of Israel.
Israel’s Jewish-only settlements in the occupied West Bank amount to a war crime as transferring civilians into the Occupied Palestinian Territory violates international humanitarian law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
Despite living in the same territory, Palestinians in the occupied West Bank are subject to Israeli military law, while Israeli settlers living illegally in permanent, Jewish-only communities built on Palestinian land are subject to the Israeli civilian legal system.

I believe it was such as this and changes to legislation which provoked the Hamas outrage carried out by them on the 7th.
It was also a situation which worried America and was complained about. But Netanyahu was not listening and his lawlessness has precipitated murder and mayhem.
My opinion
US says it is ‘extremely troubled’ by new Israeli settlements law
Washington also denounces comments by Israeli minister claiming Palestinian people are ‘an invention’ of past century.
Washington, DC – The United States has renewed its opposition to Israeli settlement policies, saying that Washington was “extremely troubled” by an Israeli law that paves the way for restoring illegal settlements in the north of the occupied West Bank.

So that put Israel in a sticky situation. They were within their rights to complain about Hamas breaking the rules but if Hamas continued to defy the rules---then what?![]()

Israeli sources accuse Hamas of violating deal by releasing child without mother

Sources in Israel have accused Hamas of violating the terms of the truce deal by releasing a child without her mother.
Hila Rotem, 12, was freed tonight but her mother, Raya Rotem, 54, remains a hostage in Gaza.
Israeli sources say that this discrepancy was one of the sticking points during the delays and disagreements earlier today.

I believe that’s Maya Regev who was shot at the Nova music festival with the metal rods in her leg. There is a selfie video she sent to family on 10/7.
