“He also says they were given permission to rape the corpse of a girl.”

——

“The Israeli government on Monday screened for 200 members of the foreign press some 43 minutes of harrowing scenes of murder, torture and decapitation from Hamas’s October 7 onslaught on southern Israel, in which over 1,400 people were killed, including raw videos from the terrorists’ bodycams.

The government said it had decided to show journalists part of its collected documentation in order to dispel what a spokesperson characterized as “a Holocaust-denial-like phenomenon happening in real-time,” as doubts have been raised around the world about some of the most horrific of Hamas’s atrocities.

Journalists were not permitted to record the screening, which took place on a closed military base.

In one pair of videos that were screened, Hamas terrorists are seen dressed in IDF uniforms, flagging down passing cars and then shooting their occupants.“

Look up Mosab Hassan Yousef's speech to the United Nations. I don't know if I can post it here, but I've found it on several news outlets and also an Instagram account for the Israeli consulate I think it was. Very good speech and he speaks the truth of what HAMAS did and still does.
I had this post back on 13 October (seems like a month ago). I think it may contain a link to the speech that you are referring.

From Israeli news channel: HAMAS plans to release 50 hostages with dual citizenship

And this is how taking hostages was planned

“The terrorists disclosed that in Gaza, anyone who brought a hostage was promised a grant, which included an apartment and a sum of $10,000”
Here's what they usually get for dead Israelis:

Under Palestinian Authority law, every terrorist who is killed attacking Israel is defined as a “Martyr” whose family is immediately rewarded by the PA with a 6,000 shekels ($1,511) grant and a 1,400 ($353) per month allowance for life.

This means each family of the 1,500 dead Hamas terrorists who invaded Israel will receive 7,400 shekels for this first month. Families of those terrorists who were married and had children will receive even more. The PA will pay at least 11,100,000 shekels ($2,789,430) this month as a reward for participating in last week’s murders and atrocities against Israeli civilians.

In addition, the 50 captured Hamas terrorist murderers will receive monthly salaries in prison starting at 1,400 shekels/month which will eventually rise to 12,000 shekels/month. Terrorists who are married and have children will receive even higher salaries. This month these newly arrested terrorists will receive at least 70,000 shekels ($17,590).

The Palestinian Authority’s legislation and allocations of monthly salaries and benefits rewarding imprisoned and released terrorists, and the families of “Martyrs,” amount to $300 million annually. This financial reward clearly demonstrates the PA’s institutional commitment to sponsoring terror against Israel.

Yochaved Lifshitz speaks from the hospital after being released from captivity: "I went through hell, I didn't think we would get to this situation. They brought us to the entrance of the tunnels. I was hit in the ribs when I was taken on the motorcycle"

"It was difficult but we will get through this," she said.

"We were divided into groups according to kibbutzim and residents. We ate what they ate. Pita, white cheese and cucumber were our meal for a whole day"

"We walked for miles in tunnels underground. There were five of us and each one had someone to watch over him"

Lifschitz said there were doctors and paramedics waiting to receive them.

“There were guards and a paramedic and a doctor who took care of the fact that we’ll have the same medicine that
we need.”

Lifschitz said they slept on mattresses, describing the tunnels as “most, wet, damp everywhere.”

Liftschitz was released Monday evening, along with her neighbor and friend Nurit Cooper, 79. Both are residents of kibbutz Nir Oz

"It's not over until everyone's home," Lifschitz said.

"I was kidnapped on a motorbike on my side while they were driving toward Gaza," Lifschitz said. Her daughter explained how her head lay on one side of the motorbike while her feet dangled from the other.
"It was a painful act. They brought us into a gate. I was lying on the side on the motorbike. I got bruises because of the drive," Lifshitz added.

“As we got there, the people told us that they are people who believe in the Quran and they will not harm us, and we will get the same conditions they get in the tunnels,” Lifschitz said.

"She said one word to her torturer.

The whole world is talking about her gesture.

Hamas released two Israeli women "on humanitarian grounds" on Monday.
The women are 79-year-old Nurit Cooper and 85-year-old Yocheved Lifshitz.
The terrorists published a recording online showing one of the hostages shaking hands with her captor and saying one word to him.

Lifshitz is a peace activist who, along with her husband, has spent years helping sick Palestinians in Gaza get to hospital, her grandson told Reuters.

- For over a decade, they took sick Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, not the West Bank, from the Gaza Strip from the Erez border every week to hospitals in Israel to treat them for free, said grandson Daniel Lifshitz.

Hamas posted a video on its
its Telegram page showing the issuance of Lifshitz to employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which said it helped transport them from Gaza.

The footage shows a man with a long gun and a bulletproof vest with a Hamas flag escorting Lifshitz to a white ICRC van.

Before entering the van, the woman reaches out to her tormentor and tells him "salaam", which means peace in Arabic.

Hours after her release, Lifshitz, sitting in a wheelchair and looking weak, told reporters that while she was held in the Gaza tunnel network, she was visited by a doctor and "all her needs were taken care of.
It should be noted here that Hamas did not release the husbands of both women.

The woman also described the moment of the kidnapping - she was grabbed and thrown onto a motorcycle that was riding through the fields.
She was later hit on the back of the head and knocked unconscious.

Ashe says, she went through "hell".
- However, Hamas fighters in captivity treated the hostages gently and attended to our needs.
They gave us pitta bread, hard cheese, some low-fat cream cheese and a cucumber and that was our food for the day, she said.

They released fire balloons

According to her, the group seemed "really prepared" and in her opinion, the attack on Israel had been planned for a long time.

Lifshitz criticized the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and stated that they did not take the threat from Hamas seriously enough.

She claimed that the militant group had sent a warning weeks earlier by sending
"fire balloons and burning our fields."
'The IDF did not take this seriously,' she repeated."

Eli is missing, while his wife and daughters were killed in a brutal way. His brother Yossi was taken captive by Hamas.

Qatari leader says Israel’s allies have given Jerusalem ‘free license to kill’

[...]

“We are saying enough is enough,” Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani tells a meeting of the Shura Council, Qatar’s legislative body, according to a translation released by the royal court.

“It is untenable for Israel to be given an unconditional green light and free license to kill, nor is it tenable to continue ignoring the reality of occupation, siege and settlement.”

Qatar, a US ally that hosts a large US military base, also hosts an office of Hamas which doubles as the main residence of its self-exiled leader Ismail Haniyeh.

The wealthy Gulf monarchy has acted as a communications channel with Hamas and is playing a key role in negotiations to release the hostages, with four freed so far.

Speaking alongside Macron, Netanyahu compares Hamas assault to Holocaust

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking alongside French President Emmanuel Macron, compares Hamas’s October 7 attack to the Holocaust, citing Babyn Yar and Anne Frank as he lists the atrocities: “Hamas butchered, Hamas beheaded, Hamas burned babies alive, Hamas raped, Hamas kidnapped hostages.”

“As in the Second World War, when the French supported the anti-Nazi resistance, today the international community is uniting in support of Israel,” he continues. “Hamas barbarism threatens the Jews, it threatens the Middle East, it threatens Europe, it threatens the world.”

IDF drops leaflets urging Gazans to reveal information on hostages

The Israel Defense Forces says it has dropped leaflets in the Gaza Strip asking Palestinians to provide Israel with information on the hostages held by the Hamas terror group.

“If you want a better future for you and your children, take action and provide us with solid and useful information as soon as possible regarding the hostages in your area,” the flyer reads.

“The Israeli army assures you that it will put forth maximum effort to provide you and your home with security, as well as a financial reward,” it continues.

“We guarantee you complete confidentiality,” it says, adding a secure phone line (*8619) and a mobile number (+972503957992) that can be contacted via the WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal messaging apps.
