All I meant was that this case closely fits the actions of the "rt 29 stalker" case. There are very few cases of missing people where they fit his actions compared to the 2 known victims of his.

Jaisle Thomas's case seems to fit the the timing ,the car being left on the road ,her keys being missing.

The missing and murdered woman along 29 started with Anne McDaniel... and then the 29 stalker started with Alicia .

Why the clusters? Repeatedly?

In virginia you can find them in fairfax in the late seventies, in the 80s it was charolettesville.

in the 60's...it gets harder but it is there.

He has many Indian Facebook friends in the Richmond and Northern Virginia/DC areas. I have a sneaking suspicion that he faked an Indian accent. The victim admits to being under the influence, IIRC, and she may not have been fully aware that the chubby dark skinned man was faking an accent.

Or possible evictions. I thought I saw an unlawful detainer on some civil case histories. Anyone remember anything like that. If you don't pay up the debt it goes to a "warrant in debt" and then if it is still not paid off the person to whom the subject owes money can garnish the wages of the one in debt.

I would be shocked if he is tied into Rachel Good. Despite the location etc...if you google search her you will read a ton of stuff about that whole case. Including the belief she was having an affair with one of the cops, who ended up being the lead on the case. During the investigation he was put on probation and then leave...her parents have even been in suits with the Elkton police.

With all do respect, but I have been scouring the missing girls list, and cross referencing it with everything we know about JM for days, the more you familiarize yourself with each of the circumstances surrounding their disappearance, you start to see a pattern of way too many similarities.

<Matthew was charged with a felony for attempted grand larceny, misdemeanor assault and trespassing.

The charges stem from an incident on June 4, 2009 where Matthew was accused of assaulting someone while attempting to steal a cell phone. Matthew was arrested on July 8, 2009. The charges were eventually dropped. >

IMO It would not be unlike him to take Hannah's phone also.
 
Are they ever going to charge him with murder of Hannah? I haven't checked in lately but surprised to see no murder charges yet.

Doubt it is Heather. Roanoke is 300 miles from Myrtle Beach. I think if she is ever found, it will be very close to Myrtle Beach. Brittanee Drexel still has never been found from there either. JMO

ETA...would love to see those two found. I live in NC and vacation at Myrtle a couple times a year, so kinda feel like they are a couple of ours :(

The last contact with her was a cellular phone text message sent six hours later, at 5:00 a.m. on January 26. At the time, she was at the third Salem exit southbound on Interstate-81. She has never been heard from again. She wasn't reported missing until January 31.

There also has to be a reason, when after the Harrington case was linked by DNA to the Fairfax Rape, and the black community was asked to submit DNA to try to trace the family lineage of the offender - that NONE of JLM's family evidently volunteered to give their DNA.

If they had, there would have been a ‘hit.’

I don't think the black community (or any community) was asked to voluntarily submit DNA samples in 2011 when familial DNA testing became a reality in Virginia. They are only running that DNA against DNA already in the system.

The black community was asked to submit voluntary samples during the Charlottesville rapist case, in 2004, and there was a HUGE backlash because of it.

"As Charlottesville police chief Timothy Longo explained to the Post, the cops are not stopping black males at random. They already know the rapist is black from victims` descriptions, and asking only black males for DNA samples is therefore reasonable:

"In most cases, he said, police are responding to reports from residents about men who resemble a composite sketch of the suspect or who seem to be acting strangely."

I know I found all that a bit confusing too. I am thinking it is ancient reporting/re-reporting errors. I can't make out if she was going to go to work/ ( (paycheck & uniform) was found in the car, or leaving work), or the schedule either. As far as the Easter week/holiday, she was Asian so I was thinking Easter didn't have a heavy religious tone, and that the following week they were off to NY, for spring break. IDK I do think it is notable however that she is Asian, as many of the traditional families I know, still do prefer/insist upon dating within their own culture. It would lend some credence to a secretive meeting.

It would be very surprising if a girl who traveled around with her bible in tow, didn't celebrate Easter. It is after all THE most important day in the Christian calendar. If her parents were raising her in such a way that she carried a bible. I'm guessing they didn't neglect Easter.

There are many Asians who are Christian btw. I don't think her race is perhaps the best way to guess her religion.
