I have a question for anyone who might know the answer.Why is this new "masturbation"evidence just coming forward now?I thought it was decided before trial what was admissible and what was not.I don't see how it can be considered new evidence,she's been in jail for 4.5 years now,if it were true ,she's known about it all this time.Seems like she can keep making stuff up as the trial goes forward.

The minute entries in this case are endless, but there were some evidentiary rulings that were reserved for when and if they came up at trial. I can't swear this was one of them, but maybe.

Y'all please help me figure out which way Travis was facing in the shower when found, because there is no way in h*ll I'm going to look at that horrible picture again.

I keep thinking about this case I read about where a girl who didn't even commit the murder mutilated the body of her obsession's girlfriend after he had killed the girlfriend. She basically did target practice on the gf's head long after death (and decapitation). It was just to be mean. There was no doubt it was after the decapitation because of where the bullet was fired into.

So, I'm thinking JA is about to wash off in the shower, and she's still angry and maybe freaked out about getting into the shower with Travis' body. She went to all that work to get the gun according to her plan. So she gets the gun at that point and takes it into the shower with her. That's when she shoots him, as a big final F-U to Travis, mainly. She's standing in the shower, facing Travis. Then she just tosses the gun aside and washes up, washes him off, etc.

Doesn't that work with the distance the gun was fired from, the trajectory through Travis' head/face, and where the shell casing landed?

He was kind of slumped over in the shower with his head turned to the right.

I believe the bullet entered on right side and lodged in his left cheek. IIRC.

That was nuts. I would think an expert would go back through his reports prior to testifying instead of having to say "Umm, I think there might have been. It was years ago that I looked at that."

It was broken, and from her laptop. IIRC forensic examiner didn't find any *advertiser censored* or *advertiser censored* sites on Travis' computer.

The case gets crazier by the day. I feel so bad for his family, it's heartbreaking.

Has he specifically said she told him she was going to Mesa or did he insert that after finding out she had been there? It makes no sense she would do everything possible to hide the fact she was going there and in the process tell someone where she was going.

ok, i think he said "she told me she was going down there" "she was all in a panic" iirc when asked by jvm if she really told him she was going to mesa he answered" yeah, she was all in a panic" jane asked him if she paid him back and he answered" yeah". he said he hung out at a restaurant (can't remember the name) she would always sit by him. said she never came on to him since it was established that he was in a relationship[. said she never talked about her family or anything personal, said she would show him pictures and he wasn't too interested. maybe someone else can elaborate on this? i might email the jvm show.

I loved it when she told the jury how she cried in the bathroom. Yes, she said one time she was sitting on the toilet in there. lol She thought it was quite normal to hide in the public bathroom in a ball gown and cry as an almost 30-year-old woman. I kept thinking her attorney would shut her up because the story had BIG RED FLAGS for jealous possessive psycho, but he let her ramble on and on. lol

Her reaction was so disproportionate to the situation! And you just know she was crouching on that toilet, sobbing, waiting for Travis to come running after her to see what was wrong. I think it's hilarious that she said she was in there for 30 minutes and nobody came after her. But she bravely put on fresh makeup and went to face her evil tormentor Travis. She's an American hero, that one.
