Travis is dead because he would NEVER hurt a woman

Even if she was holding a .25 on him.

He was a wrestler. He was bigger and stronger than her.

I agree, Gngr snap. This is so similar to what one of Andrew's friends said about him in that Dear Zachary movie. So many similarities with this case.

Another one of his friends said when Andrew called him after Susan (I think that was the murderers name) showed up in his town after driving something like 1200 miles from her home, that friend talked to Andrew just before Andrew was to go meet Susan at a park. He said something like, if she showed up at my front door after driving 16 hours straight, I'd be going out the back door and calling 911.

I really think Travis was just too nice of a person to refuse to help/see her. There is plenty of evidence of his kindness to her, even after she did some awful things to him.

He loaned her money, gave her rides to/from work, loaned her his car, sold her his car for a pittance, took her on trips.

I am not trying to make him sound like a saint. He had his issues. But IMO, he was only 'mean' to her after her extreme provocation.

Just wanted to note that when I saw up close last night Juan's last moment of the cross Thurs., I saw other pages in her journal dog eared with sticky notes. And that's just the one journal. Now that I think of it, the brown paper wrapped package of evidence I saw him carry might have been a stack of her journals. Oh yeah, there's way more of that coming. Love it when they impeach themselves.

From your gallery position you probably can't see this... the evidence parcel (I assume that's what it is - check it out on the videos) is sitting on the floor in front of the prosecution desk in direct view of the witness stand, ominously. A little psychology in play.

Months ago I posted something to do with him being possibly tortured, he looked like death warmed over in that pic. Then take into account his hands, defensive wounds suggesting he put up a fight but no DNA found under fingernails?........The only thing I have against this idea of him being held since Jodi arrived is how in the world could he not figure out how to get the upper hand! Leads me to believe she had help and knows the idea what is thought to have happened is so far from what actually did and does not mind the attention she has got thus far and may not implicate anyone else, it is easy to thing of subjects who may have helped her but little Jodi could not have done this to him unless he was sleeping IMO

Jodi's trying to use on Juan the one on one 'charm' that's worked so well for her in the past, but on the big stage it's looking manipulative, and criminally conniving.

The Jodi we saw in direct took years of rehearsal and planning. The cross is basically a cold reading for both Jodi and Juan. He knows what's in the script. She doesn't.

That whole very end of the day dynamic, re: the nail/hair salon, her return trip to Darryl's was fascinating to,watch. She knows he has something but doesn't know what so is being cagey. He walked her right in to that masterfully.
