I am having severe withdrawal problems!!! I know this has probably been posted a zillion times but what time does the trial start today? Hopefully, work will not be super crazy today and I can listen.

As much as I hate Mondays, this trial honestly had me WISHING for Monday and looking forward to it. Luckily I can watch the live stream on my puter here (when annoying coworkers aren't bothering me, that is). Hey, I guess anything that gets me to work, huh?

Will we still be able to view the trial here after March 4th? I would love to see Beth say on until the end of the trial even if she's not working for IS. I know the younger age group likes the reality programs but aren't most of them attending college classes or working during the day? I think watching a trial live is so much more interesting than say, "Day of Our Lives." lol

I can't believe they aren't keeping them on until the end of this trial at least. Why stop in the middle of such a high publicity case?? I don't understand and I have a feeling they are going to regret that decision.

Today when it is so hard to get people to sit on juries I think the fact that we can sit in our homes and watch a trial is an incentive to those who would be on the fence about jury duty to make themselves available when called. It takes the mystery out of what is expected of your while serving. jmo

I must be the only person on earth who loves jury duty. I recieved a summons for Tues 2/19/13, and got a call the Fri before, that the session had been canceled due to everyone pleading out. We haven't a big case her, except Susan Smith, and of course, I didn't get called. Most of our cases are drug charges, and almost all plea, and get almost no penalty. Small town justice, I guess.

You bet it will! and I am dog sitting at a house for an entire week this week that does not have wifi, nor does it have cable tv! and the computer that they have at this house that I am at has no damn speakers with the computer!

Was just re-watching the video where Flores is questioning JA about the ninjas. Right in the middle of his questioning her about who else was there and she breaks in, completely changing the subject, and says, "Is there anyway I can see those pictures? Can I see them soon?". This just gives me cold chills! It isn't the only time that she asked to see them while being interrogated. I remember once she says, "I just have morbid curiosity". OMG!!! I think she is wanting to relive the crime. So, so sick. :what:

Yes, this was very creepy! I think her purpose in asking to see the photos was two-fold: seeing them would give her 'the jollies', these 'trophies' of her own acts of destruction--and she also wanted to see them so she could create an excuse that wouldn't contradict the evidence. MOO.

I got called for jury duty once (as if!) and it went like this:

Judge: Does anyone know me? the defendant? the defense attorney? the prosecutor?

(I raise my hand to the last one)

Judge: How do you know this prosecutor?

Me: socially

Judge: Are you close personal friends?

ME: No, but I did do a Trading Spaces bathroom makeover weekend project with her on another prosecutor's house. (true story lol)

Judge: Would this limit your objectivity in the case?

Me: Well, let's just say I'm going to believe everything she says and nothing he says (pointing to the defense attorney).

Just keepin it real! I'm sure she was disappointed but it was the truth 100%.

I think she will admit writing it, but will spin some story about it to make it seem less damning. If she denies writing it, the jury will never believe her, and it will give them even more evidence to place in the guilty column. She has to admit to it and explain it. IMO.

If she does admit to writing it she will have to explain this comment:

"I don't know when it was written" in response to Juan's question about the transfer of the magazines on August 4

She's kinda backed herself into a corner with that statement, though I suppose she could always write it off to her poor memory what with all the mean evil men yelling at her all the time.
