Can't wait until after lunch. But, lunch break is at a very inconvenient time because NOW the memory lapse is going to come in.

BUT SHE REMEMBERS WHERE SHE WAS STANDING WHEN SHE STUFFED HIM IN THE SHOWER?????????????

WHERE did her memory loss come back?

It doesn't matter as when someone is in crisis mode, they can't answer these pointed details. The line of questioning is beside the point at this juncture.

My stomach is in knots from listening to him try to get her to say stuff she wouldn't remember exactly.
BBM

I respect your opinion, but Jodi was never in crisis mode; she was in killer mode.

the TH's are saying seeing her crying could cause the jury to be sympathetic and feel sorry for her....ay yi yi

IF she had just shot him 1 time then maybe, just maybe someone could believe self defense.

IF she hadn't done the pre-meditative and cover up type things like dye her hair, create an alibi with Ryan, get gas cans from her ex, put the sheets in the washing machine, send the family flowers, attend the memorial service, keep recordings of phone sex. IF he hadn't been stabbed 29 times (even in the head) and had his throat slashed and on and on then could someone say yes, I believe it could be she acted in self defense. BUT since all those conditions ARE present.......c'mon

I'd like to know why her lawycrs didn't tell her years ago that her story didn't work.

Don't worry about the "tears"--Juan put Wendi Andriano on DR & she cried fake, self-serving "tears" for days on end.

I hate to say it, but I think the judge is being a little easy on JA. Ive never seen a judge call a lunch early when a defindant starts breaking down..... WORST time to do that. They should have let him go on.

And they should have MADE her look at that picture.

IMO

She is crying because it shows her actions and her "reputation" is being "ruined". Isn't this the reason she gave for not telling any truths.

Yes it is. Jodi only cries for Jodi.
(Hope I'm quoting right, first time)

Seriously lunch recess now?? Does the judge feel sorry for JA or something? Is that normal for a judge to call a recess 10 minutes early if the defendant is upset?? Lawyers can u please let me know if that's common? I'm really curious. TIA!

I think it was great that none of us including the jury had to waste their time while she fake sobbed and refused to look at the evidence.

Boy, she hanked those tissues out of that box like a mad woman! She's not sad...she is pizzed with a capitol P.

do we have any ws'ers in court today? i'd love to hear how he demeanor was after the meldown!

I thought the same. Is this a new pic we hadn't seen before?

He's not dead in the picture she took, just sitting on the shower floor. The point is she had him pose there so it would be easier for ger to attack him. The photo of him dead in the shower is different and taken by police

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy sIII (so please excuse the typos!)

She is letting all her sociopathy out today. She chose to get on the stand - she knew this day would come. And yet she is angry because she is being challenged on her story.

Notice she never showed her face while crying. If she was really crying her face would have been on full display for the benefit of the jury. She really is a piece of work.

I know alot of you feel she is a lousy actress - but she actually frightens me - I think she is very good at it and may fool some on the jury.

I'd love to see a re-enactment during rebuttal. If she was slammed face first onto a tile floor and he was in a rage, she would NOT have made it to her feet and he would have been on top of her in two seconds flat.

Oh come on!!

Those were REAL tears from REAL emotion. She can't handle being confronted with what she did. It's the guilt that makes her cry.

Did anyone see her snatch some tissues before Nurmi escorted her off the stand? She was angry, not sad or remorseful. And those tears were real, but not for Travis or for what she did, but for her being caught and cornered on the stand.
And why did Nurmi have to go fetch her and ask her if she was OK? Drama.

JM was awesome, and though I wish they could have gone longer, I'm kinda glad that the judge took the recess. JM was poking at her for crying and all, but if there is one person on that jury that has any kind of sympathy for Jodi, it could have backfired on him. He could have jabbed at her all day for all I cared, but imo he has to be kinda careful with those punches when the jury is watching.

I need a replay to see if there were tears. I was not in front of the TV or computer to see it ALL.

Darn. When will it be up on you tube!?
