I can't stand the way JVM screems, but she's talking about the reasonable doubt scenario.
I REALLY believe this needs to be spelled out to jurors (in all cases) in a way that's easier to pin down.
It's REASONABLE DOUBT, not beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I think it confuses jurors.
