I stopped watching the coverage of the trial..it was literally making me physically sick. I cannot imagine what poor Travis's Family must be feeling right now. The self control and restraint they are showing is mind boggling. If that woman had done this to MY brother, I don't know if I could control myself like that. This Judge has lost ALL control of the Court Room and allowing this nonsense to continue, with the droning on and on about the sex....that isn't even the ISSUE HERE! It's NOT sex, it's NOT religion, it is Premeditated MURDER!!! She stalked him, she was a jealous freak and she planned Travis's Execution. Enough said. I am SICK of the talking heads and all the speculation from everyone, if this Jury is that stupid to NOT see Premeditated Murder, then all hope is lost on the Justice System in this country. After the Casey Anthony nightmare, if Arias gets off on anything less that Premed Murder, it's a defeat for Justice and for Travis. If she gets life or a lengthy jail sentence, we will hear about her for years and she can sell her art go on living her life, unlike Travis.

Nurmi simply repeating the same questions he asked of Jodi on Direct. How can all this be allowed in re-Direct? We seem to be in for another 2 weeks of Jodi/Nurmi. Jury must be seething by now.

I've read that according to Arizona law (especially in Maricopa county) it's up to the Judge's discretion as to whether or not the Prosecution gets to do a re-Cross. I don't know, but maybe it would be wise for Juan to forgo re-Cross and force Nurmi to go on to other witness testimony for the sake of not losing the Jury any more than they are already lost due to boredom and perhaps anger at hearing the same thing a zillion times over.

Keeping in mind that the Jury has seen all of the autopsy photos, they already know that Jodi has not testified to any domestic abuse, except obvious lies, just consensual sex between TA & JA. Nothing JA has testified to as abuse adds up to the brutality the jurors saw in the autopsy photos. IMO.
