At least Travis was smart enough to only have anal/oral sex with her and/or ejaculate on her back. Now she will never, ever, ever get pregnant, thank God.

UPS gun delivery while TA was getting ready for the shower!

Poor little Napoleon -- the only dog who does not bark when someone is entering through a doorway at 4 am until JA has been watching TA and Napoleon for a couple of minutes. And TA not sitting in his regular position behind his own desk while watching YouTube, but on the other side with his back to the door.

My man's opinion is TA doesn't look like he was posing in the shower pics and if so he definitely was not enjoying it..
also IF my man allowed a photo op; he said he would make alot more funny poses such as his arse up against the door or sticking out his tongue and such :blushing:
My man says TA sitting down position is strangest out of the set and ask another male on that one, posed or not :waitasec:
 
Now she's claiming she didn't have a gun but how will she explain Travis being shot? The pictures are time stamped. Her luggage and bags were in the car as she said, According to her there was a struggle. he lunged at her!! How could she find the gun so fast and shoot him. She claims she shot him first not last. I just can't wait to see how this story plays out from her mouth. She'd be screwed anyway by admitting to having the gun but at least she could argue that it was for protection since she traveled alone. I mean there is no way out of the facts but I mean c'mon! really, jodi?

I think she should have fessed up to the gun for "protection," agreed that it hurt that he didn't want her to go to Cancun with him, and THEN concocted the rest of her tall tale around temp insanity or passion or something.

This self-defense BS just ain't believable at all. Temp insanity or crime of passion might have spared her life. I think she's in real trouble, but she needs to be off the streets forever, IMO.

The moment she started talking about arriving at the house, I immediately went back to her video interrogations, and the lenghty elaborate lies after lies after lies. I believe little, if anything that she says.

She takes small bits of information, and weaves them into a false story to back-up her claims. For instance, she referred to when TA was talking about anal raping a 12 year old on the tape. He never said that! She grossly manipulated his words to suit her own needs. I believe that is why JM didn't object. He can use that to show her means of operating.

I have always maintained that JA would have been better off to just tell the truth.
She was a pissed off scorned lady who freaked out.
Yes she did premeditate the carnage and yes she staged the scene but this was out of pure anger.
It was a crime of passion and she was sorry she did it.

The story would have been believable and the jury might not???? have sentenced her to death row.

Who knows???

I agree. I think that last "flashback babtism story" was just added to demean Travis some more. The ejaculate on the back was the exact same story she told during the babtism story.

She just threw that in to get the jury mad at Travis and we are to somehow believe they decided to go take pictures of him in shower after she already had her shower. NO.

She was supposed to leave after the 1 and only morning sex. She took her shower and was supposed to leave. I think she snuck back in and sneakily went to him in the shower. Once he spotted her, she may have claimed she wanted some last minute photos to remember him by to get him more vulnerable. Or like others say, maybe even at gunpoint by then.

This girl is evil to the core. She even self-incriminated herself again by brining up the cancun trip. It was totally obvious she was pissed off the other girl was going instead of her.

Pure jealous rage killing. No more No less.
