I noticed that in the recent pic posted of him.. which is I guess the pic that was taken as she is dragging him. Anyone else notice that it appears she is dressed? It appears that would be her leg in the left part of the pic... possible blue jeans? I thought they were both naked during the attack based on sequence of photos and events so far discussed. I could be totally wrong.... But really did she get dressed after she stabbed him and slit his throat.. before she started dragging him back down the hall to the bathroom??? It will be super interesting to see how the rest of this plays out...

Hmm...you ask such interesting questions.

Some WS members have thought it's possible Jodi pretended she left the house, and then came back catching Travis unaware in the shower.

Wow, I feel exhausted after today. I think all the defense wounds and the hearing that he was most likely alive when his throat was slashed was really too much for me today. I'm so tired. I thought the picture was clear to me on how she did each step but it just keeps getting worse becuase I never imagined she could be so sick. The power of rage.

What is up with her taking a peak at every single photo of Travis? If it's about anything else she pulls her hair back behind her shoulders and acts bored but when they have anything gruesome she hides her face with her hair and peaks at every single one.

I just find it strange.

1. Does this mean Jodi actually was standing in front of Travis's body seated on the floor? And that's her foot outlined in orange. (If so, I guess this photo is actually upside down, so viewers would understand it better.)

2. If so, this would mean she definitely deliberately snapped this photo, looking down at him.

3. What is that covering/draping the left side of Travis? A shower curtain?

Dr. Hua on NG - pictures of extensive bleeding in the hands. NG talking about she didn't want to see her fiance's dead body - Zack relives walking though that room - always image in his head. NG discussing how she passed out when she saw her fiance's casket. (sometimes she tries to make this show so much about herself IMO)

Defense tries to make TA out to be an aggressor, an abuser, and violent and sexual deviant . . . .Zack says he was a great guy, had a beautiful home and someone you just wanted to be around.

Zack said TA had fallen for another girl - wanting to make a desset exactly right for her something with mint. Darryl Cohen - Atty - says Battered Women syndrome doesn't mean you have to be a woman to have this. In her own mind she didn't know what she was doing - she was out of control and should be entering a plea of insanity.

NG said it is not Battered Women's syndrome - they broke up she moved away - she drove back 300 miles toget back with him.

Talking head says this is a crime of passion NG says they had sex all day and night - then he drops the bomb he is nottaking her to Cancun but another girl is going with him. Being angry is not a defense per NG.

She is single woman driving 300 miles across the desert - she had a gun to protect herself. . . . . she stole gun from her grandparents on May 28th - then he is killed June 4.

To me, that looks like his right arm rather than her foot.

I thought that was part of his arm too, I thought the foot was that small part in the lower right hand corner.....I think outlined as blood in the pic. It looks out of proportion but if you think of her jeans in the left hand side of the pic, she has her arms down under his arms....hence the "raised " effect of the arm and his head is literally propped up against her body as she drags him. How the picture was snapped is beyond me tho, unless it was snapping automatically and was somehow slung around her neck on a strap or something.

Yep, I noted the same thing here last week. I think she's getting a secret thrill by seeing / reliving the making of her "masterpiece." Maybe she can't believe she really "achieved" what she set out to do, and just has to admire her sick "accomplishment."

Caller Nancy says this is not self defense case - why do defense Atty's do this all the time? NG says thy have nothing better to gowith.

Caryn Stark - Psychologist says not self defense - this is not battered women's syndrome - this is Narcissism - someone who could not let go! She was stalking him, he may have been less than honorable.

NG now corrects self - this wasn't 300 miles it was 1000 miles. She started out on June 2 rented car from 90 miles away - dyed her hair - she has brunette hair. She took license plate off one end of the car and turned the other license plate upside down.

Woman scorned, Im mad, stalker crazy defense. Stole gun from grandparents, did all above and took crime scene photos. On 5/28 burglery in the home - a $20 bill an the gun was taken (at grandparents?)

From day 1 dark villian look - per body language expert. . . she uses hair as shield of protection around her. Vulnerable protection with hands - always around her . .. . not deceptive indicators - she believes what she is saying nd is very self-deceptive.

the 10 stab wounds to the back - Andrew Sctt - Former Chief of POlice - Boca Raton - this lady is conjuring up various aspects but don't jive wth actual evidence - classic and often these people wind up in trouble because physical evidence doesn't line up with story.

Hmm... I wonder if it was a blue robe of his that she was wearing.

I think she deleted the accidental pictures and left the "nudes" to portray herself as a victim.
Why else would she leave the camera? Unless she plain forgot about it!
BUT... How could that happen? She deleted the damning pics!!! She left it for a reason.

It was planted! hence her "trust me" and she forgot about the card in the camera? that still held the after pics?

Order of the murder . . .
1) stab wound to the heart probably came in the shower . . .
NG asks why he is crouched down. . . . . she took about 20 pics of him in the shower - is he posing for her? he had been posing - been getting ready for trip to Cancun . . .is he crouching because she has knife? he's 5'9 she i 5'4" - he is down . . . that is when she maybe displayed knife and stabs him and stuns him - deep wounds in his hands Mostly left hand - blood in master bath - he stands over the sink -he spitting blood - she is stabbing him in the back and back of the head . . . she slits his throat at end of the hallway after he stumbles down to the end.

All I have to say is thank god she's not a criminal mastermind! Without the photos and palm print she would walk for sure!

That's the sad thing. Without the photos and palm print, there still would have been the car rental, missing gun of same caliber, hair fibers, phone/computer records, her scratches, DNA at scene,etc...plenty of evidence, but no "smoking gun." It seems like jurors need that anymore. Sad.

And even with this "smoking gun," we STILL have our doubts about what the jury might decide. People expect cases to be neatly tied up in one hour minus commercial breaks, a la CSI. :banghead:

Who does Jodi claim called and told her that Travis was found dead? I don't recall her revealing how she knew to the detective.

She sure got nervous in that phone call with the detective. It sounded like they were about to end the call, but she starts a new topic, saying something like, "I guess I should tell you... when you check Travis Facebook, you're going to see him saying bad things about me."

Whoaa... her voice sounded REALLY jittery during this part of the conversation. So what did Travis say about her on FB?
