Has anyone thought to ask Kimster about a Cosmic Tope Secret Clearance? I figure if anyone knows anything about Cosmic stuff, It's Kimster.

While I love SleutherOnTheSide's version, I did find an explanation for COSMIC:

For example, COSMIC stands for “Control of Secret Material in an International Command.” COSMIC Top Secret is the term used for NATO Top Secret Information. There are many such markings stamped or printed on
classified material, but most are only acronyms denoting special administrative handling procedures.

All I can say is wow!

The problem is court records show he hasn't made a payment for about one year, since August 2009. But that didn't stop him from skipping his client Casey Anthony's hearing on June 21 because of his vacation in Paris, according to his co-counsel.

"Defense attorney Jose Baez borrowed $603,000 three years ago, to buy the $670,000 house. The home has a screened-in pool and a fireplace. Just thinking out loud. If no one can find anything on foreclosure, maybe JB is moving to Miami if it is easier to get to Aruba from there. Wonder if that guy accused of harming, murdering, or making Robin Gardner disappear has hired him....

Yes, Gary Giordano did hire Baez
And once released from the Aruban jail..Baez escorted him back to the USA

Look what I found...
I can't find a DATE on the website but the house was up for sale by owner at one time

Now it could be from when Baez purchased it back in 2007 or not....or he tried to sell it when he was having foreclosure issues in 2010.

Well, I remember reading that Gary G. hired Baez on a contract as a - and get this- a forensic consultant. I distinctly remember this because I thought - whaaa?
I think it was just while Gary was in jail in Aruba - doubt he's on retainer as he wasn't actually in there as his defense attorney.

I think he's gone to a bigger place where he hopes he'll have better luck in a bigger population.

Way back before the trial started JB was trying to get the trial moved to Dade County (Miami area). I thought it was brought up then that JB also owned a house there. Or was that his daughter that did?

Anyone good at researching that can check this out?
