I agree with your post. I will say this. As much as KC disgusts me and the lies and everything that I think she has done to Caylee is beyond mind blowing, for some reason unknown to me, my anger is directed more towards CA and GA. I don't know why. Don't trust them as far as I could throw them. I guess a psychiatrist or a psychologist would have better insight into why I feel this way but I do and have from the begining. Maybe because KC is in jail and I think CA and GA are guilty of something very sinister and the feeling is intense, DK. ANyone else feeling like this? JMO

you know i would have some if she hadnt led everyone on a wild goosechase and ruined her parents and brothers life because of her selfishness . but she had NO right to kill her own baby . I'm almost feeling sorry for Casey's attorneys. If she sticks with this story, they have to go with it. They can't possibly believe it. Can you imagine what it must be like, having to go into court and try to convince a jury of a story you don't believe yourself, knowing that the story is so outrageous that the jury will be laughing in your face?

What do I see with this story? The only possible defense that they can use to justify the astronomical cost of the new dream team defense. Of course...It's not going to work.

BTW, note, KC was anxious not distraught when told. There is a difference. She was anxious IMO because everyone now knows what a monster she is (ie the duct tape etc)but of course the defense team will try to play it down that she is a monster buy trying to say there was still a babysitter. I think LE has way too much evidence for this.

And then looked up websites on cloroform and missing children BEFORE breaking into the house (so this crazy Zanny actually broke in twice, ZOMG!) and then put duct tape on her, put her in a garbage bag, drove around with her for a couple days, backed up into the Ants garage, borrowed a shovel from the neighbour, had her in the garbage bag in the backyard for a few hours, then grabbed the pool ladder, hopped the fence with Caylee in garbage bag en tow, and shovel....attempted to bury her in the woods and came back, hopped back over the fence, put the ladder back in the wrong place, grabbed the car again, dumped it at the Amscot, and then continued on her Nanny way.

Zanny is RELENTLESS!

All the scientific evidence leading straight to KA should be enough to convince the jury to send her up the river (for a very long time) but I believe it will be KA herself that seals the deal.

I have no doubt they'll all be as disgusted & pissed off at her as the general public already is by all of this below & more..


1. KA's despicable reaction to her friend crying she'll "die" if anything happens to Caylee

2. KA's nonchalant & giddy behavior when talking to her parents & brother re: Caylee's safety

3. KA's vile "it's all about me" attitude during every jail visit with family

4. KA's disturbing lies to LE

5. KA's repulsive partying pics

All of this & more while her innocent baby daughter was (supposedly) kidnapped..It won't matter who she claims did it..It won't matter what her story is..Nobody can possibly get those sick& twisted images of KA out of their head..

I never caught that when she said "oh well" until I heard it on Dateline! Thats pretty harsh.

If any part of KC's DNA is found on the sticky side of that tape, her hair, fingerprints, sweat, saliva, etc., then this tactic won't work for her. Unless she can produce "a nanny" that she gave a key to, who would have had the ability to come in their house, do searches on the home pc for chloroform and neck breaking, then use personal items from the home to kill Kaylee and then place her in the neighborhood, then this tactic won't work for her.

That said;

The last known "REPUTIBLE" person to have seen Kaylee alive, is the Nurse at the Nursing Home in Mt. Dora, and that Nurse has provided a statement to LE & FBI that Kaylee was with CA, not KC.

And then I think about people who are diagnosed with Split Personality. (neighbor is a licensed psychologist and this is a real diagnosis). One personality is the good one, who does good in front of everyone. The other is the bad. The bad personality commits murder and the good personality knows nothing about it 2 hours later. This could be a very real scenario for both CA & KC....

I hope and pray that the FBI & OSCO come up with enough evidence to allow the SA to put the DP back on the table.

DID (which is what multiple personality disorder is called now) won't fly. KC has none of the symptoms. Among these, periods of "losing time" since childhood. That's called "fugue."That means, say, waking up in Dallas, TX, with no memory of how you got there, multiple times.

Ken Bianchi tried that. Didn't play.

BTW-- DID is considered to be iatrogenic (doctor-caused) by a lot of therapists. Partly because it's only found in the US, Partly because DID patients often lost the "alters" when they change shrinks. Even the famous Sybil did.

It's funny you mention that, because as I watched the video of the A's returning home briefly yesterday, it caught my attention that CA looked as though she had been shopping in Ca or NY. Her shoes and jeans definitely looked expensive designer to me. I don't usually think a great deal about their nasty movie/book retainers, but Cindy is looking much better dressed than she did in the early days of this case.

Funny, but I noticed that too. Cindy's had a very expensive looking make over.
