Could be. Or she met someone at OG, and that person returned home with her and was there (but not necessarily assisting) when it all happened. Maybe that person had a history of helping EG out of similar situations.

Do we have any information on if EG was dining with another adult at OG? That would be helpful to know and could very well address your post.

I'm also interested if she went shopping that morning to Target or Home Depot. Maybe she got a plastic bin with a tight seal and stored him in the attic (is there an attic in the rental house?). Gosh I wish I could give Lucas a hug. He's just so darned cute in every picture I've seen of him. Poor sweet thing deserved nothing but love and hugs. :tantrum:

Not that I know of. I was just brainstorming other reasons there may be no record of her contacting anyone. Maybe she stopped by without calling, or maybe she was already with the person. Or maybe no one else was involved at all. Or maybe there IS record of her calling someone and we haven't been told. Just brainstorming different scenarios.

ETA - I've always been under the impression (but obviously don't know) that she was with someone based on the phone calls. It seems like she called someone when she got there, and I always thought it could possibly have been an "I'm here, where are you?" call. But it's just a feeling.

Yes. That was my thought from the beginning

Thanks, ! I wasn't sure if you were agreeing with the rest of their post.

I was thinking some more about the cat. EG turned the cat in a few days before LL visited Friday night, right? I wonder if she bothered to tell LL that the cat was at the shelter, where the landlord could have confirmed it by checking the website.

Also, how did the landlord know that they had a cat? I mean, did the landlord stop by before, saw the cat, and demanded that they get rid of it?

Maybe the scratches on her hands are from rocks or concrete to weight him down in water or she put rocks or concrete peices over him to hide him?

This is a very interesting read. It's pdf btw. But worth the download. Anyways, this case seems to be very textbook. Perhaps we are looking at all the far out angles because everything that we know of in regards to Lucas seems catastrophic. But maybe it's really just simple. Maybe this is one of those rare times that we need to say think INSIDE the box. What is the most simplest explanation? Maybe Lucas is alot closer to the house then we think. Maybe Emily drove all around Wichita to throw people off her trail. Maybe she mentioned parks to detectives so that they would focus their searches there and not anywhere close to where Lucas is. I don't know. I'm no detective and I always seem to post when I'm lacking sleep. Just trying to see if we can sleuth a different angle. Not that any other angle is wrong. I love the ideas that you all come up with. I, like all of you, just want Lucas to be found. Sweet child. He deserved so much more then what he got.

I read that last week and it is alarming.

But they were on her knuckles. Maybe barbed wire? Digging in some tall, rough grass? Scooping something off of gravel?

I know a reason was given by about the gravel, but I can't remember why. Does anyone else remember why we were so focused on gravel? Something occurred to me about the gravel, I swear, I saw a driveway of a place EG was quite familiar with that had gravel. This is driving me crazy now, lol, sorry.

Can it be ruled out that the knuckle injuries were sustained post incarceration (hitting the walls)?

PB said "shallow scratches on top of the hands".

Just a thought, thanks.

scratches like a child's nails trying to get her hands off of him??

Scratches on top of the hands from pushing the body under a slab? Scratches on top of hands from child trying to remove the strangling hands from his neck? Monster.

I am trying to figure out if compiling a list of Emily's lies would be beneficial for us here at all? What could be gleaned from a comprehensive list, if anything...aside from the realization that she is a lying liar who lies?

Either way...here goes....I am sure you all can pick up my slack on this short list, if you so desire!

EG Lies

JH moving out

LH being with JO on Valentine's Day

The nature of LH bruising (multiple occasions)

Her ability to drive (we know people were not aware of her license restrictions)

You forgot the biggest lie of all. The one where she said she would never hurt Lucas.

Oh, under something is a good thought, too! Under a deck? The foundation/crawlspace of a house?

I really don't think she strangled him. I think he already had internal injuries from before, and this last one just injured something already injured. Or maybe she didn't get mad a him that night and he just happened to die that night from the previous injuries. Or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe she realized it was going to be really difficult to explain away that many days absent from school and there was no end in sight since he was still badly beaten up. With all of the people questioning it lately, maybe she thought this was just an easier out.

I think all the fundraising IS the problem. To many , bracelets, tshirts, bake sales etc. The money all should of went into one fund from the beginning.

Unless a reputable organization steps up for Wichita to raise the money for Lucas now no one will want to give.

Even a church would be good and more believable at this point..

Excuse this but this was my thought on the t-shirts...

My daughter-in-law is a reading and math specialist she has a small tshirt business on the side at home. She could of made those shirts for at least 5 dollars less and still made money.

Why did they need the t-shirts? I would of rather given that 20 dollars to a reward for Lucas if I was asked.

If a church opens a fund for a reward for Lucas I will make a sizable donation.

I think her intentions were good. (Jamies) She was just trying to raise money for Lucas and it unfortunately backfired. She may not have been able to find someone quick enough that would do them cheaper. If you ask me, that should have been the only one, maybe handled better by an organization, but still. Nobody could seem to pull their heads from their butts so it was shut down. I don't really see how that is relevant anyways. There has been complete chaos surrounding this case. Unfortunately, that chaos has landed at the feet of family members who don't deserve it. IMO

I think that gravel was mentioned at some point early on but I believe that PB recently said that there wasn't anything that she confirmed in regards to gravel. I think.

Back when search areas were part of these threads, I remember Henry posting pics of roads and drive through areas that consisted of gravel that were close to parks and back roads. That may be where you're remembering a gravel driveway from.

I’m sure there’s much going on behind the scenes with LE and the searches. I pray it’s enough

#TeamLucas"

I wonder if EG has access to a chest style freezer maybe she told someone she bought a side of beef and needed to store it but instead she wrapped up sweet little Lucas after beating him a little worse than usual. Maybe she even has a friend that works at OG and was able to store him in the back of a walk-in freezer. She could have planned to wait until all the searching was over then taken him somewhere after all the initial urgency was gone, but she screwed up that plan by getting arrested for CE

In the beginning, after what I had witnessed at the end of 2016 all I could think about was OMG this kid is dead and his murderers have taken him to a house... and the next thought ran straight into chest freezer because every day NOTHING, no hint of foul play or suspicious items; where the devil was his body?
How does one utterly vanish in an area swarming with 7 MILLION people!?

In Lucas' case I am of 2 minds; one longs for an abduction in which he may be found alive, and the other more rational part has seen too dang much in my cyberstalking EG and says one very specific type of location in which either county officials would have access to or certain landowners; something very like a chest freezer for entirely different purposes.
