It's because Emily is guilty, and she knows it!!!
Maybe no one else wants her and she had nowhere else to go.
I didn’t think about that, traveler. A very interesting observation. I’m gonna keep that scenario in the front of my brain. Hmmm...I agree and posted bout the same upstream. I feel like he is talking because LE wants him to.
What . The. Hell?
When they showed the walk out of the detention center they stated that her attorney was with her - would that be a public defender if she hadn't been officially charged with a crime?
Hmmm.....so DM says he thinks EG had no help at all. I'm kind of confused on some things he said, though. I'm missing something or at least misunderstanding him.
What about her CINC case? Is that still pending?
This is correct for most states. Although, there are some ways an attorney could get it thrown out still, but in general, yes.I was told by my lawyer that in Kansas only one party had to know about the recording. So the person knowing they were recording which was the PI . That makes it legal and can be used in court. I’m only familiar with this because I thought it wasn’t legal until I had to have evindece in a case. Everything recorded was able to be legally used in court.
But. The PD. you have to have judge approval for public defender. Right?!Probably one of the only wise decisions she's ever made. She'd better make sure she has an attorney.
