In Kansas only one party has to know there’s a recording taking place.
Phew, thanks ESO! Good to know.

In the audio, you can hear Glass crying a lot -- mostly when she talks about going back to jail.
Below is a transcript from some of that audio.
Emily: I just, I feel so sorry. I put everyone through (explicit) hell.
Marsha: The only thing you can do from here is move forward.
Emily: (crying) I did Lucas so wrong. I did him wrong. That's the God's honest truth.
Emily: I don't know exactly where it's at. I just know it's in Kechi.
Emily: I'm such a piece of (explicit). I'm a piece of (explicit). I can't do jail, I can't.
Marsha: You ain't gonna do jail.
Emily: Pre-trial services is not going to let me out.
Emily: I don't understand any of this. I don't understand why.
Marsha: What do you mean? Why what?
Emily: Why would you be with me?
Marsha: Because that's what we do. it's our job
'I did Lucas so wrong': Nancy Grace podcast airs more audio from Emily Glass
I don't know how to feel about the release of all this information prior to trial, but listening to the tape I feel so strongly that both DM and MW are absolutely amazing. Marsha was brilliant. The combination of the two of them is what really seems to make it work so well.
That stood out to me as well. I wondered if EG actually bleached it before dumping him in hopes that IF found, no one would think it was Lucas.I go to Vegas for 2 days and come back to find a complete *^%# show! WTH is going on?!
I just finished listening to the NG podcasts and the thing that I can’t stop thinking about is that Lucas’s hair was bleached when he was found. I am hoping someone here has some knowledge that will shed some light on it for me.
I have watched A LOT of crime/autopsy shows and have never heard of this occurring. Certainly not within 3 months.

I'm surprised a reporter with his camera crew didn't follow her after she left the jail.
Justice is coming Lucas!
Here's something else I find amazing, is that JH went to work that day the PI took Emily to find Lucas. I know the man has to work, but he had court which got postponed, the PI was there the day before for the first day. If that was me, I don't think I could drive 12 hours away, at least not for a day or two anyway. Especially since he knew the PI was taking Emily out that day. Then he had to drive all the way home once he found out Lucas was found.

I had a horrible time hearing when he asked EG if they wanted to tell JH together or if she wanted to tell him . What was her answerI think you’re correct. Marshburn is sharp as a tack.

I'm wondering the same about the bleached hair from the sunshine. I know hair gets lighter in the summer for people, but this is a new one by me. When I first read that, my mind wandered elsewhere- especially with all of her cleaning duties performed that day.
And the father of her boys seems to be a BERY smart man and is very closely watching all he can find on her. Too bad we can’t sleuth him enough to send him the interview with NG as that could direct him further toward the evidence he needs. But I respect greatly our TOS here. Plus I bet he finds it fairly fast anyway, like I said, smart man!The judge said in his earlier decision that doing drugs would mean Emily did not want to be a parent. She has now openly admitted doing drugs. I think the custody judge will sever her parental rights to those boys.
The PI sent JH back to work because he knew EG wouldn’t talk unless he was gone. I truly believe JH had nothing to do with Lucas’s disappearance. That said, he’s paid the ultimate price: burying one child and having the other taken away.
Here is a paper on decomposition that shows stages in different environments. Please be warned, there are GRAPHIC IMAGES in this article so please do not click this link if images of decomposition will upset you. I found the paper interesting. This is from a student at “The Body Farm”.

From what I understood she maintained her innocence and ignorance with JH the entire time, which was why DM sent him away, he felt he wasn’t going to get anywhere with her with JH there. And then he was shocked it all came out pretty much as soon as JH was gone... that was in the interview the PI did while driving back to NC IIRCI understand the PI sending JH away, but no way do I understand going 12 hours away while the PI is with the woman who has told me that she did it and she is taking him to look for his body. Lucas paid the ultimate price. JH knew what was going on in the home, he knew about abuse claims and CPS, he at the very least saw the bruises, he knew EG had lost custody of her two sons, he participated in drug and violent activity with EG, IMO his choices contributed to the death of Lucas.
I think this is exactly what she did. Did she not think they would still try and find who the child was? Small bodies are not just laying all over the place. I do know there is still many to be found around Wichita. Those are all much older .That stood out to me as well. I wondered if EG actually bleached it before dumping him in hopes that IF found, no one would think it was Lucas.
It sounds to me like it was one strip exactly where sun came throughI think this is exactly what she did. Did she not think they would still try and find who the child was?
