JH says at first EG was shutting down with the PI and he started picking up that maybe she had something to do with lucas’s disappearance.

JH only knows EG’s story about finding Lucas dead in bed from talking to Marshburn. He only talked to her right before she went out Marshburn for their drive.

NG asked JH if EG normally smoked three bowls and left Lucas at home to go eat. He says no, he was flabbergasted. He also denies knowing that EG had been hurting Lucas.

JH has been out to the spot where Lucas has found probably 3 or 4 times since Lucas was found. He says he's "been tirelessly trying to search for him in my own way for 3 months."

It’s been more than a week since police said Emily Glass led a private investigator to the decomposing remains of 5-year-old Lucas Hernandez.

It’s been more than three months since she reported the boy missing and several months since she was suspected of abusing the Wichita boy.

Still — although it’s now clear Glass wasn’t telling the truth about Lucas’ disappearance and even though the state has records saying she had been suspected of abusing him — the state child protection agency says it can't release any information about Lucas.


Under a new law touted as bringing transparency to the child-protection system, the Department for Children and Families is supposed to provide, upon request, a summary of its previous contact with a child when the child dies of abuse or neglect.

But the agency is saying there's no finding that Lucas died of abuse or neglect. His body was found about 20 miles from his home, hidden under a small bridge and partially covered with debris.

Because there is no finding so far that he died as a result of abuse or neglect, the state says it can't release information about its past contact with Lucas.

In the three years JH has known EG, he never knew her to hit or mistreat Lucas. She was always great with him.

EG called JH one or two times from jail. She says she's sorry and she can't believe she could ever do this to JH and to Lucas and leave him out there. She says she woke up and found him and he was "dead of something". Then she panicked and hid him.

He tries to talk to Lucas when he goes out to the site and wrap his head around how he was left out there for 3 months.

JH says EG's demeanor was very normal for the 3 months after Lucas disappeared. She was acting normal. He says she was worried about where Lucas was and she just wanted to find Lucas.

She complained that she couldn't sleep in jail because it was always loud in there and the lights were on.

JH didn't try to search after talking to detectives since they didn't think Lucas wandered off and something about tracking dogs.

JH was only eating maybe once a day because he was sick to his stomach and felt like throwing up all the time. He feels EG was acting the same way. She couldn't always eat, either.

I've thought this all along. That she panicked and hid him. But I think she woke up and he was dead because she had been beating the **** out of him.
