Per some credible witnesses, EK appeared in Brown County court this afternoon, accompanied by his lawyer and current girlfriend, "shaking like a leaf on a tree".

He had to be prompted by his lawyer to answer the court, "Yes, your honor...no, your honor..."

He pled no contest and will have to appear for sentencing on October 4 at 1:00 pm.

Poor, poor Eugene...

I hope he watches the news tomorrow.

The prelim for Hollister in Atchison County is scheduled for tomorrow, Wed, and Thur, starting at 9:00 am.
