Even though the Ballard's said this is just another setback, they said there is a silver lining. Now they may be able to talk to Singleton themselves.
"I would like him to look me in my face and tell me he had nothing to do with my daughter," Sherry said.

Roger's family members told WLKY that what is especially frustrating is that from here on out, all matters pertaining to Whitesides will be private and all documents will be sealed. That means Rogers' family not only would be barred from the courtroom, they wouldn't* even know what day to come.

I know of four other missing people within a couple hours of where the remains were found: Whitney Copley, Michael Gorley, Linda Price and Brookelyn Farthing. But Crystal would be the closest.

I have seen some comments wondering about Aleah Beckerle. Her mother thought she may have been taken to Henderson,, KY which is about 1.5 hours from Green River.

There's also crystal Warner and Robert Jones. They were both together so I'd imagine they'll be found near each other as well. I immediately thought of Crystal when I saw the news article flash on my phone. I still have a feeling that she's not in the state just because the brothers seem pretty sure of themselves.

Don't know why but this past article popped into my head.

Investigators told Nick Houck neighbors had reported seeing him taking something out of his police cruiser in the days following Crystal's disappearance and then putting it into his mother's car.

A search dog hits on his police cruiser and the Kentucky State Police Crime.Lab, according to investigators, found even more.
