No mention was made in that most recent article (with the video) of the bag on the ground. It seems to me that the original plan might have been for Sheena to drive to the boyfriend's house Friday night -- hence the reason she put the overnight bag into her car. [see "ETA" below] I wish we had some clarification on that point.

I think the first reports said that the plan was for him to pick Sheena up.

I'm very confused.

ETA:

Mother of 3 missing in Scott County

According to this article -- first post of this thread -- Sheena's sister said that her sister's boyfriend was supposed to pick her up, so when she didn't come back in after stepping outside, her sister wasn't surprised.
Red BBM. Don't feel alone. o_O

Police looking for missing mother of 3
She was waiting for her boyfriend to pick her up around 7:30 p.m...

It might be helpful if someone could list all of her sister's statements. ? MOO

If an adult is reported missing but LE make contact with MP, confirming the MP is okay, would LE announce MP is alive & well? Now, we’ve all heard LE state “Mrs. Doe is taking time away, she called us, blah, blah”. My question, if the MP asked LE to not reveal they had been in contact with MP, LE would honor the request, correct? No one has the right to know about an adult?

@PommyMommy statements seem to be changing, moo

Changing stories. Conflicting information.

MOO but from following other cases, I suspect we aren’t getting the whole story.

MOO SB goes outside, left with someone and was supposed to be back quickly, and was then planning to drive to her boyfriend’s place. I’m thinking the middle part of the story might be left out for a reason.

Good. . . Good . . . I think we're getting closer!

How about SB goes outside, gestures to someone [as seen by SB's oldest daughter], then puts her overnight bag in her car (for brief safekeeping) before leaving for a "quick trip" somewhere with the person she gestured to? She planned on being back in time to be picked up by her boyfriend and would retrieve the overnight bag from her car.

Too convoluted?

ETA: AmandaSkis, your scenario makes more sense.

I suspect you're correct.
There seems to be zero urgency to find her, no screen scrolls, breaking news at the top of the newscasts, etc.
Like I said, I caught part of a story about an injured or lost pig but no mention of SB. I love animals but I would think a MP might take priority over a missing/injured pig. Jmo

Not convoluted at all. Imo!
FYI, one our news anchors was married to a high ranking officer & she gets the deets, but she had nothing.

@AmandaSkis dob & full name upthread. She also has FB

And a pot-bellied pig at that -- not even a full-sized one!

Lol!
I wonder how often trailer park homes have RING or other cameras? Gtown Estates has a nasty reputation, a lot of the trailers provide housing for migrant equine workers, 8-10 per trailer for a few weeks. When Keeneland is running (race track) we have an influx of horse people coming in. Also, the KY horse Park is just around the corner, some people bring horses in in semi loads to show on a specific circuit. They rent the trailers for their grooms & stable hands. So it is a very itinerant crowd. I doubt very many have any security system. If I lived there I’d sleep with my hand on my gun.

It was 7:30 Friday night. It was still kind of light out at that time. It wasn't completely dark," Crumley said. "Someone had to see something. I want more help. I know we need more help because we don't even have no clues."

This quote is from a previously linked article. It strikes me funny. Anyone else?
Also, this is the same link that mentions TES.

(FYI it is dark at 7:30 so perhaps sister is wrong on the time)

I know. That's why it might be helpful to list them. I'll try to do it tomorrow if no one else can get to it. MOO

I am trying to figure out possible scenarios. I agree with other posters here about it being strange that her bag would be left if it truly were her bf who took her.

I am curious to the position/contents of the bag. Was it nicely placed on the ground? Was it thrown to the floor knocked over? Is anything missing from it?

If it’s an overnight bag, where is her purse? If he was supposed to pick her up, why take an overnight bag outside? Was her car still there? Locked?

I do wonder how long the two have been together. It can’t be too new if he has the sisters phone number.

Possible scenario, Sheena is supposed to text/call boyfriend when she is ready. Call never comes. He texts her and calls her. She doesn’t respond. Unless you’re active on websleuths/big into crime, I don’t think most people’s first thoughts are “My girlfriend was probably abducted”. I don’t know how long the average person would wait to reach out to family. I wonder what time he called the family.

Hmmmm. Either seriously changing stories or seriously bad reporting.

Is her car missing too? I assume not, but they haven’t said either way. Strange that she wasn’t reported missing all through Friday night, all day Saturday and all through Saturday night. I’m sure they were trying to find her and not thinking the worst, but that seems like a really long time when someone just walks outside for a second and disappears completely.

I’m leaning toward voluntarily missing but waiting to see. Hope she’s ok!

So the way I understand it, SB went missing from outside her sister CC’s trailer and I am inferring that SB drove SB’s car to visit CC at CC’s trailer...but I am unclear as to a solid reason for SB to leave the “overnight bag” in SB’s car, although it would allow SB to return perhaps late at night/early morning to retrieve car + bag without waking/disturbing CC? (link: Mother of 3 missing in Scott County)

As a local, idk where they are looking for her.
I stepped out for errands, I was at the pet store, Kroger, WMT, nail salon, tanning salon, car wash & Starbucks, all in Georgetown. I didn’t see any posters. Perhaps they think she went the other way, to Lexington? Idk
The paper will have a new print edition today, idk if this article differs from the previous
Mother of three missing

One more thing, my mailman just brought my mail to my door as I had a large package. I asked him if he is hearing much talk. He did not know anything about SB missing! I was stunned, I thought possibly as mail was sorted, the mail carriers might chat, especially since the trailer park would be someone’s route.
Also, my print edition of the paper arrived, nothing nothing nothing on the first page. Sheena’s story is on page 3 with a most poor quality photo.

@oviedo you might wanna wait......Jmo
