Gouker told him about the murder before the body was found.

Gouker told him that Young had killed Trey.

Young was not present when Gouker told him Young killed Trey.

He believes Young took a shower at his house.

O/T That happened in the Hector Rodriguez trial and the judge found him in contempt. Jesse Davis was an inmate and the first convicted of murder in Cady Way murders. He was the main defense witness, he refused to testify.

The judge added 179 days to his already 2 life sentences plus lose of privileges.

Gouker said he was going to that the fall since his son Young was charged with Trey's murder.
Then would fight his charge on appeal b/c he had an alibi and would just get perjury charge.

Gouker was going to talk his son into killing Trey, it didn't take much

Gouker said his son was a demon child and was more then willing to do it.

Young despised Trey as much as Gouker despised Trey's father Terry

Gouker didn't know that this witness knew Trey's father, Terry Zwicker
