Just as friendofthecourt stated, the things I post here are going to be factual. I know quite a bit about the family. MS wasn't a blacksheep of the family. Until TS entered the picture MS had a very good relationship with her family. Little by little he isolated her. Her family knew of her drug use, of her bisexual behavior, not all of her friends but many. As far as JL being friends with MS, that is factual and witnessed by people. <modsnip>

Yes.. i think several of us are sharing your shock/disbelief over this new detail that i believe the majority of us were totally unaware of..

My own personal opinion on Margaret's having shared with her mom that she and Jaren were friends and that actually Jaren had spent time in Margaret's Kenner home on multiple, differing occasions ... i in no way whatsoever am suspect of our member involved telling us the accurate truth as he/she has been told by Margaret's mom...nor am I suspect that Margaret's mom is lying or making up this detail told her by her daughter.. i have zero reason to believe that either are in any way being dishonest in the very least...much different i believe just the opposite..

But whose words i do find suspect as well as i personally have much doubt of any words whatsoever that are uttered from her lips is Margaret, herself... i personally do not believe that Jaren was "friends" with Margaret in the least.. i believe she knew of her. Knew her in terms of loose aquaintances that both worked in the FQ...but i believe that the connection that was already in place that night and prior to that night was between Jaren and Terry Speaks from their having worked TOGETHER..with his actually having some level of trust in place with Jaren from his having been a doorman at the club...Terry was seen in somewhat a protector role to the girls in his often ensuring they safely made it to their cars after their early morning shift was over.

Moo of course is that there was no relationship connector between Jaren and Margaret ...which leads me to the greater concern that arises from hearing that Margaret actually made such a claim to her mom, especially regarding the significance of her claiming Jaren's having on multiple occasions been in the Kennner home.. that was an immmediate red flag for me pointing toward the Kenner home possibly containing evidence of Jaren at the very least having been present in the home ..of course if the truth is how i believe it to be in that there was no personal relationshp between Jaren / Margaret thereby Jaren truly never having previously been inside Margaret's Kenner home.. that makes any evidence found relating to Jaren possibly problematic when found to be in that home that they(as in MAS/TS) may very well claim that they did NOT take Jaren to the Kenner home ãt all that night/morning in question..

This making it necessary for Margaret to plant seeds of reasonable doubt by telling mom that her and the murdered young woman were actually good friends and that Jaren was actually over at Margaret's home with atleast some level of frequency prior to Jaren's murder..

While I understand and agree with those who've stated that their opinion is the Kenner house is not involved in any part of the murder and that LE having so quickly processed the home also is indicative of the same,. While i completely agree I do however believe its too early to know that as a certain fact.. and honestly hearing Margaret has made such claims as discussed above that IMO are likely false and untrue.. its just another factor that has me leaving the option open that the Kenner home still might yet lend important evidentiary clues that at present are still being processed at the crime lab.

LE is taking their sweet little time bc they know JL had frequented this home and they arent taking any chances in giving any part of this case up for Defense atty.'s to pick their shi* apart in court so-to-speak....

I think you've hit on some important points. Jaren's death might or might not be related to a larger story, but it might serve as the catalyst to open a wider scale investigation. IMO. Just speculating. That has happened in other cases, and it's one reason people on the periphery go quiet. No one wants to open a can of worms, especially if you're a worm.

If they haven't been found, is it possible they are still under water (under decomposed and float to the surface like 2luckydogs said), swept out into the middle of the Gulf (which is perhaps what the killers thought would happen) or can they still be making their way to the coast, perhaps even the Florida coast? I know this occurs in other parts of the world, and I read an article a while back that said that the sex slave trade is out of control in the world, mostly in 3rd world countries. But it does not explain the first proposition, where they were propositioning for a threesome or for a treat for TS.

I mean MS's lawyer has been making statements, however,
absolutely nothing from TS's side.
He has to have a lawyer, right? Would he have to wait until he was
in N.C. to retain a lawyer?
I think Bessie is right, there is something else going on with this case.
Imo, the rumors of TS being a drug dealer feel like a definite possibility.
It would explain how he "earned" money. If he was a dealer, I think
$500 would just be like pocket change. Big money in drugs.
When the story was first reported, I was reminded of those
murders in Mexico where the drug cartel dismembered all of those people.
We know that they did give the police some type of alibi because
they have reported that their stories were not adding up/making sense.
I would sure like to know what their alibi was.
Have the police asked the public for tips recently? It seems that
they usually do when they are stumped. JMO

BILOXI -- Police arrested 13 people, seven women and six men, in a prostitution sting detectives said targeted people advertising as independent escorts for sexually oriented services in Biloxi.

Twelve of them were arrested on one or more counts of prostitution or solicitation. That includes the men who drove the women to meet clients at a hotel, Sgt. Aldon Helmert said.

Maybe the story played out like this... TS and MAS need a dancer who will work as an escort so they can make some money to use for their own drinking, drugs, living expenses, etc. They approach several dancers who turn them down because of a variety of reasons. Maybe MAS's attempt to ask for a "treat" for TS was enough of a turnoff, OR that could just be the interviewed dancer's way of hiding the truth behind the dancers also working as escorts.

Jaren and her fiance were obviously in need of money (as he did not have the $50 to stay in the motel when she went missing) and Jaren accepts the offer to go to Miss. with TS (the bodyguard) and MAS (the driver) whom she might know as FQ acquaintances. The three go to a "party" at a MS hotel and something goes wrong. But why?

As far as I know, her hands, feet and arms have not been recovered and if I remember right, part of a leg is still missing. Since so much time has passed by, I doubt they will be found. Anythings possible though.

I've been thinking about if other body parts have been found too. It's possible authorities would keep further findings to themselves for several reasons. One is the gruesome nature of this kind of news, two is to protect evidence and three is to spare the family additional emotional grief even though they may have been told privately.

The autopsy more than likely revealed whether or not the body parts had been in the ocean for a period of time and had undergone bloat or if the parts were placed where found. I bet that's something that can be determined or at least how long the body had been in water if it ever was. If we knew the answer, then we could either include or eliminate the boat theory. I say this because the torso was found on Thursday. Would this be enough time for the body to undergo these changes? Luckily I think the autopsy provided LE some answers so they knew where to start. :waitasec:

We need an Oceanographer here! Somebody mentioned that the Bay empties out (the water pushes out from the bay). I was just wondering about that as I was reading. Me - 'would anything left in the bay ever exit the bay or do things end up in the bay from the ocean?'
What conditions cause either case to happen? Maybe fishermen know the answers to these questions too.

He may have killed before for all we know.

I believe your questions are rhetorical. Just in case they're not though, TCS's lawyer has nothing to say because he hasn't been charged with anything in LA. LE said that they're not worried though because they know where to find him. If TCS/MAS acted alone, what's taking so long for LE to bring charges? (answered above)

True. Think of us as public servants. We're asking the good questions.
It's up to the people in authority to consider all the angles and solve the case. I hope, but am not confident (ie Casey Anthony) that they do.
