AN AHA MOMENT!

At the TB trial the crown brought up this "stick or rake" and Dungey went nuts. The Jury was sent out and we never heard another word about it.

I suspected he stoked the fire with something for TB and he may have, but it's these pictures that the crown was thinking of when it was brought up.

Yes. I believe they were talking about the clean out tool shown in this image. It's laying across the plate at the front.

I meant to mention that too. I wonder if that piece of evidence had any prints or DNA from MS on it?

And let's not forget SS went to Baja with him.
Long trip to talk about nothing.
MOO

That trip was also with AM and was in May 2011, long before any of this started.

I just meant to illustrate how close SS really was to DM.. Not just an innocent minion IMO

!!!!!!

So AM had to have known at least after the fact.. CN ..(imo SS)..MWJ possibly..

Why are AM, SS & CN free?!
I thought that Text from Am to Dm with the missing persons article to be very very damning(not sure of another word to say that). Am immediately sends that article and asks "what'd you do?" That is completely telling! AM knew what DM was capable of, he suspected early on.
As for SS, I remember reading that article about how SS was upset at his FIL and they were not on speaking terms after he called in about TB's truck! That SS is a vault of many, many secrets! I seriously question his character and how much more involvement he had in all of this! CN I think she wanted a trail that showed "surprise" or worry. Obviously she didn't want to mess up her future with the wealthy DM.....This is a sad bunch that were motivated and controlled by this monster!! Maybe they all worried they could be next??? MOO

Is the "35" referenced in other texts a gun? There are texts about that Isho and (having 35 stuff already) on August 20th. Then early September MS recorded the video of the LB lyrics and then DM wants to move the incinerator to the barn.

.32, and depending on model it could be what is known as a pocket pistol.

PS. The direct indictment approval is becoming clearer with every text message. moo

Caught up.....OMG.....I feel sick.....lots of codes/innuendo in these messages.....not sure WHY I'm surprised by their callousness but yet I am.....seems pretty clear to me when LB was killed and when they disposed of her body. Disgusting. MOO

What is DM referring to when he says "then down to run wars"? is that like a mission? a game? Can anyone with a better understanding of street lingo help me out?

I believe we've heard DM use that term before... I had always thought it meant 'missions'.. bad *advertiser censored*.. I've never heard that term in relation to Halo Wars or etc?

Having knowledge of and participating = 2 diff things - but still doesn't say much about their character, morals, etc.

I think the '35' came up in the other trial as well, didn't it? I remember thinking/hearing that it was relating to another truck (3500)... or an address of some kind.. ??

Interesting that DM would point it out to AM? Trying to latch him into thinking he was a part of it, so that he could never 'squeal'?

My understanding was the AM sent the message to DM.....not the other way around......he saw that LB was missing and immediately thought that DM could be involved.....to me says he didn't have prior knowlege, but definitely knew what was up after the fact.....MOO

Black tar heroin ???

I wondered if it could possibly have something to do with.. what's left after incinerations.. or otherwise expelled?

Not really related.. but...

"After cremation, the coffin including shroud and stuffing materials should not exceed one litre of uncompressed ashes. Air pollution, for instance, mercury, sot, dust and tar particle emissions are strictly controlled by a governmental climate and pollution agency. Emissions are restricted and regularly registered in accordance with detailed and lengthy multi-paged manuals (Fagforbundet, 2005; Regulation for The Funeral Act, 2013). Cremation takes approximately two hours."
