Why use a gun when they could have just slipped her some carfentinal,,,,,,,,,and just called the 1st responders in the mornin.
No muss and No fuss.............and............... no $15K barbeeque.

In a way. However, they wouldn't bring up the hoses if there was no theory that they could support with evidence. There probably was a legal argument and the supporting evidence had to be excluded, so prosecution had to abandon that line.

Fair enough.

poor dog ... hope he didn't actually witness anything

I think the white thing is actually styrofoam. It looks like that's wrapping from something.

Notice the body language of the dog. He doesn't like sitting there. Something is making him uncomfortable but he is being made to sit there for the picture.

Could someone kindly post a link to the photos entered into evidence? I’m flipping through many articles but haven’t located the tarp photo. Perhaps I don’t need to see it...
I'm pretty sure Velma or Kamille (I think Kamille), posted these earlier today around the lunch break. Look up thread.

Hi everyone,

Now seeing a message sent from Millard to Smich on July 4, 2012. "I have Pedo with me. Gone to waterloo. Back before 4pm. Left some dough on the coffee table in basement. Black tar negro!"
by Adam Carter 10:48 AM

I believe the references to tar could be heroin. Hope this link is OK to post -- it has several interesting points about what the jury wasn't told in the first trial:

What the jury didn't hear was a police statement by Andrew Michalski, Millard's roommate, in which he said their whole group of friends did heroin and Millard used cocaine.

I had forgotten this part....

12. Christina Noudga wasn't the only one to get illegal jailhouse letters from Millard.

Shane Schlatman, Millard's faithful mechanic, also received letters from Millard after his arrest, despite a no contact order and the need to smuggle the letters out of the detention centre.

Schlatman said he destroyed the letters which were only requests from Millard to take care of his precious cars. Schlatman said the letters were channelled to him through Millard's mother, Madeleine Burns, who also helped get her son's many letters to Noudga.

sorry I'm not able to add circle ...left side of image closet door
I see that now. Not by the closet, that's on the right(hangers and shoe shelves), but by the entrance to the room/suite.

Looks like a long gun, ar15ish, but I have aquatances who have air soft guns that look like that. Without the muzzle being visible it's hard to say.

I think they will have more evidence about the mattress because they had the people that sold the mattress to DM on the stand. It could be it was burned in the field.

She was just a convenient side job. I don't think her annoyance was worth 15K. The big payoff would be free vehicles in the future.

Good call moana, I wouldn’t have picked up on that but it looks like you are right on the money https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_tar_heroin

Does heroin typically wipe people's morals out? And, is that moral bankruptcy a permanent condition?

I don't think it was about money. Money was abundant. All he had to do is part ways with the bozo buddies, non-performing assets (farm, hangar), and live life of luxury.

Instead, he totally made up the mess, drama, and the situation to "justify" killing in his mind. "Oh, I had to" ********. It's like an alcoholic who goes for a walk and, purely by chance, ends up in a neigbourhood bar. Truth is that the bar was the only reason for that "walk".

DM wanted to kill. Who will live and who will die - it's a prerogative of God. "Become God" he said.

Welcome moana :welcome:

I think that's just what he was referring to. Interesting that he also appeared to be paying MS for something. One thing about DM was that his minions had to earn their cash. I wonder if MS got any extra cash from the $2000 that was likely stolen from Laura?

MOO

LOL @ the Yahoo inquiry as to the temperature needed to cremate a body. Idiots. AND take a screenshot of it in case you forget????

They went on about hoses at the TB trial and even had JV on the stand and in the end the hoses are still a mystery to this day.....
Hopefully we hear more about the mattress but being here since the beginning in 2013 it wouldn't surprise me if it fizzled out. Moo

I noticed that, so why did she need to leave the garage?
