Why would he ask AM to keep tabs on Laura in May 2012 when AM says he was living out in west for 6 months starting in April?

I’m thinking he meant social media ... he specifically said where Laura goes out to etc. Given the “ bad blood” they were probably not connected on social media anymore.

I agree, still waiting on Bombshell for MS but I think there have been a few pieces to link him.

His phone pinged near lake with DM and LBs phones before LBs went off the grid.

His posing pic in front of the Eliminator holding the ash rake. Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t a murder charge also come from knowing if a murder and not reporting it but rather help cover it up? If so, there’s MS guilt there.

MM established that they (MS and DM) did a burn while she was with them around the time the Eliminator was finally functional.

Crown has established that MS an DM were like brothers. So IMO MS knew everything DM was going to do as his “right hand man”

I think there is enough to lean on a guilty verdict and we still have more to come.

This could be true.

I had a friend who was being "stalked" by another friend. After she blocked him on phones, social media, etc., she then asked a bunch of us to keep tabs on this guy for her. We did it, because the guy was unhinged and making outrageous accusations on FB and public Club FB pages. We took screen shots etc.

So, it does happen and I kept tabs on someone for a friend.

I wouldn't say that there is nothing, but I sure don't see proof beyond a reasonable doubt yet.

Im thinking all the legal arguments are what we are missing. When on trial as a witness, you are coached by the crown what to say and not to, what you can and can not bring into the court room. As for MM referring to the crown as "Julie", shes young and Im sure the crown has spent a lot of time talking to MM preparing her for this. I think you are all giving her way too much credit for being sneaky etc. She was strung out on drugs for that year. I doubt she recalls anything in great detail.

But again, doesn’t this implicate someone for a murder charge? The knowing it happened and didn’t do anything to report it but help cover it up? I remember a discussion came up about this for TB trial and a lawyer chimed in on it. I could be wrong though.

Yes, I agree there's lots of little bits to suggest that MS was involved in at least disposal and cover up. Just waiting for that one 'Bingo' showing he was present for the actual killing.
Personally, even if he wasn't, I think this wetted his appetite for being included in TB's.

It is unlikely to me that AM and DM didn't discuss LB, but if they did and AM is lying (which I suspect as well), AM's lame justification for allegedly having no discussion with DM about LB still makes him come across as careless and cold.

And I think this was all around the same time that LB had AM's phone? So AM wants to hook up with LB. She passes. There is drama between LB, CN and DM. AM is asked to keep an eye out on LB's goings on. That could mean that day, for a week, whatever. We don't know how long. I'm inclined to believe it is a FB thing. Perhaps DM wasn't on LB's facebook. Then the whole phone thing (which we've discussed that LB just sort of happens to find a phone...her explanation. But we find out later it's likely AM's.). So AM in the nice text message to LB just saying "she's nice, but maybe doesn't think"....might have occurred before they clue in that LB has AM's phone. So perhaps AM starts to think poorly of her after he figures out/is told that she stole his phone. Who knows. ALL IMO.

I was one on the fence about MS through the TB trial. Back then I didn’t believe he knew that DM was going to kill TB but with this new trial and his sick new rap lyrics, I believe he knew for both TB and LB and wouldn’t doubt if he’ll be called on stand for WM trial for knowing DM killed his own father.

Strung out on drugs, I believe that. However, these moments are HUGE, and at a time in life where, imo, are critical to who one becomes as time passes. That's alot of crap that MM has been through in a short period of time. Ex-bf charged and convicted of murder...I'm sure she's spent many nights awake thinking about all of this. Just my opinion but I think she's been selective in her "memories" brought forward

I've been reading this thread from the beginning of the trial because I was also a long time standing friend of LB and spoke to her up until the end of maybe mid Feb of 12'. I noticed in the records in 11' my old phone number and have been sickened from day 1 of DM.

I knew very little of him as I was just friends with her and knew of her troubles and what not but my gut has been pointing to him from day1 since TB trial of her disappearance and the phone records from SL.

Theres a couple things I noticed in Google Doc timeline sheet where theres been clues that these idiots have tried to keep things out of text and into calls and f2f conversations. They've been super discrete on things and the slang about "rolling spliffs" thats also been a smoking gun, yet alone that tarp has sickened anyone looking.

No, I don't think MS was a dupe. DM had the power in his money, properties, drugs, and 'exciting' ideas, but I still feel MS was all for TB's murder, and so did the jury.
