Then all the pics at the BAJA race, he wasn’t too tired for that! That’s a big party!

Or break Jeeps Mudding/playing and heaving equipment being a dumb *advertiser censored*!

Also not to tired to drive a Camaro home from Vasgas was it?

Not too tired to host big parties and poolside bar-b-ques and hand out drugs from his “yellow tool box”

Not too tired to teach AM how to fly!

Just a few for the list lol

For someone that was too tired, he sure pestered SS to have the incinerator functioning so he could test it late at night. That garbage problem must have been really severe. /s MOO

He was so tired yet he had no problem staying up all night to burn bodies, and drive around doing illegal things. The jury isn't going to forget how much time he spent partying etc.

Why would the judge allow him more time? This is ridiculous. He already had the entire weekend + some. Maybe the witness hasn't arrived in town yet...

On that note. CN posted a photo on Instagram early this morning with some old-school stamps. If you zoom in on the stamps, you will see "Toronto" imprinted on them. So, it seems she might be in town and who knows; we may get to see her take the stand again...

Re Millard in the aircraft repair pic...Hey Mr Millard please show us your aircraft repair license. IIRC you cannot work haphazardly upon an aircraft like that unless you are a licensed aircraft mechanic? Can someone in the know educate us on this requirement?
Maybe bosses don't need WSIB training like every single employed juror and Ontarian has lol. I wonder how tired rabbit's lambie would be if he actually worked and balanced a family and real responsibility....
Like the jurors all do. Poor widdle lambie. [emoji23]

Lerner told police that while doing his own investigation into her disappearance, he spoke to a man who claimed to have seen Babcock in Yorkville on July 10 or July 17 — which would have been several days after the Crown alleges she was murdered.

He also read text messages between himself and Babcock from 2011 and 2012, where she asks if they can get together but he says he is too busy at work. He also detailed texts between and himself, Smich and other friends about his needing sleep and being overworked.

Millard is expected to continue his defence on Tuesday. It is not yet known if he will testify.

saw that too. Or she is game playing. Play all you want CN, after this trial no one will remember you exist, including DM.

Oakville is a nice area however how can you be sure he had money? Because of the house location? IIRC his parents were separated. Many times the house is given up in the divorce especially if Mom raised the kids. Just because they had a family home, doesn't mean they have any money IMO

I agree completely, but they bought the home in the first place, so the family had money at some point. And his mom moved there with the “kids” (who were adults at the time). They only moved there 10 years ago and his mom is now the only one living in the house. He obviously doesn’t have any money now, but my point is that he had privilege and opportunity in his life, just like DM did. They both made very bad choices. Growing up with a mother and sisters, with whom he had what has been reported as a close relationship with, and moving to a thriving upper middle class (if not upper class) neighbourhood..... he had a chance to make something of himself and chose instead to hang out with DM and smoke pot and drink all day. Eventually he probably had to come to rely on DM because he was so messed up.

It was more of just an observation about the background of both DM and MS. I just think they both gave up so much in life and I can’t figure out why. I think DM is a psychopath, but what happened with MS? He seems like an ahole but he is not the same as DM, and yet he still just threw it all away. IMO

I work 12 hour shifts, travel to and fro, deal with my kids and animals and the last thing I waste time on while exhausted is texting minutia. Is it just me? Lol

Agreed as well. Sadly you can have the best family in the world. The best opportunities in life, and still throw it all away.

"Toronto" and "prince".

This Jury has not heard the most incriminating evidence that was shared during the TB trial about DM's lifestyle. What he is doing today is showing that Text's against him were handpicked to prove the Crowns theory, however, he is trying to show that he is just a normal guy and MS was the true criminal.

is there somewhere either now or after the trial that we can view the letters. It stated that there were (I can't remember but a lot) and all we heard about was a small snippet. I realize they may be used in his later trial against his father but like with the TB trial we got to see them with the blacked out portion. I have already read the TB trial ones, just wondering if there new ones with less blacked out b/c of this trial?

Millard says this is the final text exchange he'll read, from Dec. 14, 2012.

Smich writes about the speaker on the iPad, saying it's blown "it sounds like water got into it."

Millard, "Did you get it wet, from the pool?"

Smich, "This one is already cracked and ****... Definitely nothing happened to it in my care."

Millard writes, again, he's slept very little lately.

Being a self proclaimed news junkie, I remember this tragic day very well at work, with breaking information coming over the news wire of the Sandy Hook elementary school massacre. Hugged my kids a little tighter that night.

Now that you mention the date.... why would Smich have gotten the iPad wet in the pool?? It’s Dec 14....

Is there more than one iPad? I don't think the one in evidence was cracked? And he says "This one".

Smich, "This one is already cracked and ****... Definitely nothing happened to it in my care."

Maybe CN is sending a message that, like the old stamps, Toronto and her “prince” are history.

I’m tried, I’ve been tired for a long time....reading all the posts on WS, FB and Twitter is causing me to stay up too late, and my hands are developing some sort of tendinitis from holding my phone for hours. I’m just saying all this in case I ever need to use it in a trial. Now you all know how tired I am 😂

Love this Shaz.
Send out your tiredness to your friends, so you can have more ammunition to be on the stand for an hour, proclaiming this. :happydance:
