I really hope DM is almost done. Based on today, I don't think the jury will buy his story, especially since 2 of his witnesses folded under the Crown's cross exam. I might have missed other bombs, since I half-watched the tweets today, trying to work at the same time!

Oh, ya missed where judge made Lisa say she still was on the books for Millard when she said “I prefer not to say”? Also how much she was paid? That part she didn’t answer except it was by the hour.

I was surprised that the Crown didn't push on that point. For all we know, she could be making hundreds per hour and billing many hours for minimal work.

I think he seen someone but not LB! In Toronto there are a lot of hookers and if you keep walking down a street full of them, a lot begin to look alike! Skinny and look not well and same type of clothing. For Pete sakes, this guy couldn’t even say that was LB in the ACTUAL pics and video of LB!! Also she was an Escort not a hooker. There is a difference. Hookers stand on corners and look as described and Escorts tend to look/dress classier and don’t stand on corners looking like crackheads. Just ask MM how nice LBs clothes were!! I believe those pics of MM with tight blk dress was LBs cloths. All other pics of MM with MS in TB trial, she wasn’t dressed so nicely.

I’m also thinking that some of these witnesses were “coached” by DM but actually changed up their testimony on cross so they didn’t commit perjury in court. They all seem to be pretty certain for DM but Crown seems to get the truth out pretty quickly and makes them look pretty stupid!

I think DM was too busy doodling in court for TB trial that he doesn’t remember how good the Crown is!

MM is tiny and LB was like 5’10. LB’s clothes would be way too big for MM.

Interesting read thanks. I wonder if the fact that DM and MS were charged with another death helped them presume LB is dead.

Oh I believe she is dead I just wondered even if we think there is a 99% chance someone is dead do we just close the file on them or do we at least leave a smallest of windows just in case.
