Last night on GVS, Greta raised with BC the fact that LE were at the house yesterday. She also said that when Greta asked Cindy how she was, Cindy indicated something was wrong. Greta asked BC why LE were there and why Cindy was upset by it, and BC made it clear he would not discuss it.

I believe charges are coming. Other people's thoughts as to why LE was there yesterday and why BC wouldn't discuss it, when he's so obviously willing to talk to the media about everything else? Maybe he couldn't spin this one in the A's favor?

I wonder if Cindy reported to police about any threatening emails she may have gotten or phone calls. Conway specifically mentioned when Greta asked about Cindy........ that some people can be very cruel. (paraphrasing)

What date were they filmed outside the building? Could it have been the hospital?

I don't know. It was shown on Greta's show on Friday, and I had never seen that particular clip before. I had seen the one of Cindy with the bear in front of her house before, but not this one. That's what made me think it was more recent...even may have been filmed Friday. Maybe someone can get a screen shot of them coming out of the building and post it here. Me computer illiterate! :crazy:

IIRC there is footage from a few weeks ago, the last time CA & GA went to the church where the vigils were held.....that footage showed CA coming out of both her house and the church, holding a brown teddy bear. I beleive this is the footage shown on GVS.

Ok, I stand corrected. Maybe it was a church. Just not sure myself.

I could be wrong but I believe this pic is from right after Caylee was found and they went to their church. They were filmed walking outside of the building and CA was holding the teddy bear.

How is it misrepresation? The funds are to be donated to missing child programs to help other children. IMO donations in Caylees name is a terrific way to HONOR THEIR GRANDDAUGHTER. If people want to buy the shirts we are within our rights to purchase them.The Anthony are within their rights to sell them.The money was checked out as soon as people complained about it, and it was unfounded the first time around.

It's misrepresentation when the shirts say Caylee is missing. Change those to a memorial shirt for Caylee and they're fine.

For starters, I don't think it was "unfounded" and it is my understanding it isn't over yet.

The questionable people associated with the organizations are the problem. If the funds were donated to a respected organization with a proven track record of finding missing children...I might agree. However, this has not been the case with the A fam.

Again, the correct response to people still wanting to purchase the shirts should have been, "Sorry, but in light of Caylee's remains being found, we are no longer selling the shirts. Please keep Caylee and the family in your thoughts and prayers." NOT: "Please make checks payable to the A fam!".

Just catching up on reading and your post jumped out at me! Yes.

I have been trying to figure out who gave GM the item that was sent to her, the TEDDY BEAR that lead her to feel/believe Caylee was dead on November 15th. Now... 100% pure speculation on my part. Are they one and the same?

Lets make the leap and assume for a minute it is the same bear. I have been chasing my tail around KF, DC, JH, LA all weekend trying to figure out who it could be? My psychic knowledge is very limited, but i do know that some work by using objects that belonged to the missing. I have now officially fallen off the OT bus... Sorry again, it just makes me think that for CA to agree to send Caylee's bear to ANYONE she must have trusted the person that asked. CA does not trust many people, there are only a few people that i can think of that would have contact with a psychic/ex-PI, that CA would trust. #1 on my list JW

ETA: Thoughts on LE at A's- CA on phone with DC??? KC>LA>DC>CA<GM<JW<CA is my guess for the 'chain'.

No, obviously from a legal standpoint they can't do that and I do know what you mean but, nobody in this case, outside the defense team, should let the A's pull them down to their level. :cow:



The defense had petitioned the court for a gag order but it has been refused. The gag order was requested by the defense when things got really bad for them. IIRC, it was after the PI tape showed up.

Also, Florida has something called the "Sunshine Law" that requires a lot of the evidence in legal cases to be made public.

wasn't the defense......it was covered at the hearing where ca tried to talk to the judge...

I find this to be a conflict of interest. But that is just my personal opinion. I find it very odd that BC just happens to be everywhere, regardless of who is being spoken of. The P.I. videos, the court hearings, the crime scene and so forth. I do find it odd, maybe it's just me.

The last I heard LE was waiting til after the funeral. IMO, that's why this funeral is taking so long to be arranged. If LE arrests any family members before the funeral it would be a PR problem but, there will come a point where public opinion will really turn on the A's if they stall too long.
