The article says the test was done July 18th, I wonder why we are hearing about it now? And I agree that the wording is very specific. Was it only those three questions??

Fox 5 Atlanta responded to that report by tweeting that the polygraph was administered by Leanna Harris’ lawyer rather than by police.

SNIP

Bond also addressed comments attributed to Leanna Harris by investigators, including testimony by Cobb police Det. Phil Stoddard that, when Harris was reunited with her husband after learning he had been charged with murder, she asked him, “Did you say too much?”
“She was just saying, ‘Did you run your mouth? Did you talk so much it makes you look guilty?’” Bond said. “He was definitely a talker.”

1st snip = grains of salt. Poly administered at behest of her attorney, likely by someone hired by that attorney whose credentials we don't know.

2nd snip = I have always believed that to be the explanation for her odd question to JRH. He was big about admonishing people not to talk to cops, ask for attorney, don't take the breathalyzer etc. And yet he comes across as a know it all who cannot help himself from wanting the world to think he knows it all, hence, talks overlong and overdetailed in effort to prove how very smart and accomplished he is.

Re: "that vehicle" -- the article doesn't establish which vehicle the question is in relation to. So.... were they referring to that red sports car sitting in their neighbor's driveway? That car that JRH rode in with his friends to lunch?

At any rate, these couldn't have been all the questions, because they have to ask some baseline questions to establish a baseline for the polygraph.

practice makes perfect.....learn how to make that poly work for you vs against you MOO

blatant damage control +guilty conscience+p.r. exercise MOO

her husband has been charged - she hasn't === why is she even in the news? she's hounding the media not the other way around IMO

''CNN asked Cobb County criminal lawyer Phil Holloway, who is not involved in the case, what he thinks of polygraphs as a means to gauge the truth.

''The tests are "garbage" and are used for "public relations purposes," he said, to curry a more favorable opinion of a client with the public.

Zimmerman said in August that Leanna Harris is "concerned the district attorney's office may try to level a charge against her."

That article sounds like LH is still standing by her man. My oh my, WAKE UP!!! lol Your husband KILLED YOUR CHILD!!! ON PURPOSE!! Yes he did!

Why would the question even reference a specific vehicle at all!? It should have said "did you plan or arrange with your husband to leave your son in a hot car?" or "did you have knowledge before you arrived at the daycare that your son was left in a hot car?"

unless the questioner knows to craft the question with care to avoid an answer which could indicate deception. Say LH knew JRH had at one time or another left Cooper in a car while he ran into a gas station or store etc. Suppose the question was about that vehicle that day for a reason.

otherwise why not be general with the question.

Mrs. Harris, have you ever left your son Cooper in any vehicle to enter a store, friends house or gas station? Mrs. Harris, are you aware of any occasion where your husband JRH has left Cooper in a vehicle to enter a a store, friends house or gas station?

So... let me get this straight:

LH allegedly passed a polygraph exam on July 16 and her attorney chose to say nothing about it to the press but instead released the bizarre victim impact statement which is required under Georgia law.* Mmm, okay...

http://www.al.com/news/birmingham/index.ssf/2014/09/leanna_harris_passed_polygraph.html

*"We are required by the Crime Victim's Bill of Rights to send those forms to all victims or a victim's next of kin," said Kim Isaza, spokeswoman for the Cobb County District Attorney's Office.

Lolol of course he hates them [emoji12] they are a tool that can be valuable for LE...but that's where it ends. Can't be used in court but they can be valuable.

LH's friend spoke on her behalf on Good Morning America:

Speculation ran rampant over reports that Leanna had asked her husband after his arrest: “Did you say too much?”

Bond says there’s an easy explanation for that.

“Knowing Ross it was, in my mind, all it was she was just saying, ‘Did you run your mouth? Did you make yourself look guilty? Did you talk so much that you made yourself look guilty?’ Because he is most definitely a talker,” Bond said.

There's video at the link, along with a two-page story.

According to her friend, LH was concerned about RH looking guilty. No wonder she didn't bother to go see Cooper - she was too worried about her husband. /sarcasm.

SMH, just SMH.

Nope. Not bizzare, more along the lines of sneaky, underhanded and deceptive.
Also entirely worthless, except towards fooling the public.
This actually makes me more suspicious of her. By a long shot.

Why on earth would you play a game like this if you had nothing to hide?

Wait. Which is the truth? Her attorney hired an experienced lie detector guy, or her attorney, gave her the test?
Which is it?
Seriously??!!!!
