List Attorney/Client visits we wish to request/Jail Logs uploaded in post 33

She's on LinkedIn and appears to be a third-year student at FL Ag & Mechanical Univ School of Law.. I'm wondering if she might be helping the defense by posing as an intern for JB but sharing info with KC about her latest little research project, if she is indeed the author of said paper. It's just too convenient for that to be something she knows a lot about and that has been speculated on as a possible SODDI scenario.

It is interesting to look at KC's visitors and the dates and what Hearings or depos were taking place at the time.
After the last powerful Hearing (on Dec. 11, 2009) where Ashton described how Caylee died .... KC had the mitigating specialist, Jeanene Barrett and the P.I. Mortimer Smith, visit KC from 2:00AM until 5:00AM, then Andrea Lyon visited from 5:00AM to 6:30AM on Dec. 12, 2009 (NO BAEZ visit!!!)
Baez did not visit KC until Dec. 17, 2009, from 8:30AM till 9:42AM.

It seems the mitigating specialist, Jeanene Barrett, visited KC 2 days in a row, one day for TEN HOURS (8:46am on the 14th till 6:20am on the 15th) on Nov. 14th to Nov 15th and the next day for 3 hours on Nov 15th (3:21AM till 6am). This was days before Kronk's depo on Nov. 19th.

Baez, attorney Sarah Buckley, the P.I. Mortimer Smith, and Andrea Lyon all visited about the same time on Nov. 18th, from 7:30am till 9am (before Kronk's depo on the 19th).

BBM I just want to clarify that that on 12-12-09 it appears that her first visitor Ms Barret came in at 13:53 which is 1:53 pm and Ms Lyon was her last visitor of the same day at 18:28 which is 6:28 pm. Maybe I am missing something and if I am I am sorry. also to be noted is on 11-11-08 they have garcia, jose listed as jail ministries but then he is now listed atty visit. I am not perfect it could be a typo...and it seems that the visits are in "waves"

On 12.10.08 KC is visited by Attny Gabriel Adam from 9:44 in the evening until 4:39am the following day. That's an over-nighter of almost 7 hours! What is up with these over night visits?! Does it seem strange to anyone else that on the 12.11.08 KC was visited for appx. 11 hours of the 24 hours day. She was visited by Gabriel Adam, followed by Baez, then Garcia, then Baez again, then Garcia again. Keep in mind 12.11 is when Caylee's remains were found. I really get the feeling they knew exactly what was about to take place otherwise why would Gabriel have stayed the night of 12.10 into the early morning of 12.11 and why would her attorney's have almost 11 hours with her that day? The remains were discovered around 9:30am on the 11th. Gabriel and Garcia were with her most of that time, Baez was only there a total of 2 1/2 hours.

Wow, that might make it look to the unsuspecting eye that they somehow knew RK would have reason to make a visit to Suburban again, what with CA and GA being conveniently out of town.

When quoting military times, why not just post them as the military times as listed on the logs, rather than attempting to convert them?

People who are not familiar with military time listings often screw up when they convert, as has happened on this thread.

Rather than post incorrect info, better to just post what is actually listed, IMO.

Oh I knew that BiancaS....I guess my question seemed like I didn't know she was with JB. KWIM?? I just found the topic of her "yet to be published" article nauseasting and odd considering the early speculation that Caylee may have been part of something having to do with child *advertiser censored*.....Nick Savage was on that case faster than a blink of an eye......just VERY odd.

momtective...I think just the opposite...maybe KC is the one calling Baez at those ungodly hours, and he, in turn, calls his associates and tells them to go see what his girl wants. I just think she gets a pizzy thought and then calls her lawyer. Baez has probably had enuf of her by now, and just delegates.

This is by far the best news in the case in quite some time. I believe this will be very sobering for Casey and she will be much, much more resigned to her fate and start to become realistic. The rose colored glasses she once saw Baez through will begin to fade. It is a start. I do think now she will accept she must plead guilty in the check trial. Do any of you think she will? Merry Christmas everyone. I like, trust and respect you all very much. I have learned a lot since joining here. A lot. When I signed my voter registration card I thought of being called to do jury duty again and I thought of all of you. Many people try to shirk that, by any means necessary. Decisions are made by those that show up in life, right?

Merry Christmas to all of you that searched the woods, and search through the documents, and make time lines and go to your friends and family that are lawyers and chemists and computer experts and get all the right answers for us. I wouldn't want to view attorney/client meetings because that is just wrong IMO. However, IF they were going to release just a little snippett of them, and IF it could in NO WAY give another avenue to an appeal, I have to admit I wouldn't mind seeing it if there was actually one from the alledged twizzler incident and from the times that made the jail personnel feel that they had to inform JB not to touch his client. :angel: Oh! And, of course, the one where KC found out about Caylee being found. Not one of her and JB but definately one I'd like to see! :innocent:

I can see going after work hours, but choosing to visit KC at 2am... ?? I wonder if KC threw a tantrum and insisted they come talk to her? She was likely wound up after that hearing! I can see how low man on the totem pole (the PI) might get elected to go appease her at that hour. Maybe she wasn't satisfied and wanted one of her lawyers, thus AL got stuck with the 6am shift?Baez probably has a built-in excuse now. It wouldn't "look appropriate" for him to be there visiting her at 2am

Well, can you imagine how much Casey may have tossed and turned trying to sleep that night after the way it went down in the courtroom that day? Maybe Casey was getting cold feet and wanted to try and plead out? Maybe her counsel had to run down there in the wee hours to keep her from doing something stupid? I can't imagine starting an interview at 2 a.m. unless there is some kind of problemo!

In the article in the link it states that Baez is under investigation by the bar for spreading lies about the prosecutors. What in the world? Do we know anything about this? every time I think I have heard it all......

"Baez is not teaching freshmen, he's teaching upper-level classes how to get ready for trial.

Jose Baez passed the bar exam just three years ago. He has already confused jurisdiction and botched a motion in the Casey Anthony case. Now, he's teaching law students at FAMU.

"How's it going so far?" WFTV reporter Sean Lavin asked FAMU College of Law Dean Leroy Pernell.

"I don't know yet. We've only been in session since here for a couple weeks at best," he said.

Baez is also under Florida Bar investigation over allegations he spread false statements about the prosecutors.

"If he's being investigated by the Bar, there's a reason why, and they're supposed to be setting examples for us," FAMU law student Chris Hancock said."

Are are the students/interns and PIs allowed to visit unaccompanied by one of her lawyers?
