I didn't know that Annie visited KC in Aug. Where did you find that information.
I noticed that the traffic tickets that were given to Annie and "Zenaida Gonzalez" on the same date in May, there was a $100 payment made on 8/15/08 (towards the ZG ticket). Well KC was incarcerated at the time so I am wondering if maybe Annie made that payment for her? The payment wasn't made online so I would assume someone went to the location to pay the ticket. Do you know the date of the jail visit by Annie? Wasn't there something about someone finding Annie hat ripped up in the A's trash? When was this?
I don't know how but I think Annie has something to do with all of this.

I thought it was Trenton's dad too. But IIRC, early on that LA befriended Trenton's dad & was at an event in Leesburg one day for Trenton when all the searches were going on? But what the heck, in this case/family, GA could of lied or CA never knew of LA meeting Trenton's dad.

The visitor log does indicate that Annie D. was scheduled to visit Casey on August 4, but I don't know if the visit ever actually occurred?
It was my impression that the visit did not occur-- any documentation showing otherwise would be interesting to see!

I was under the impression that the 2 second clip Greta showed was from the archives. I could be wrong. I seem to recall a tape of Cindy with a teddy bear within a few days after they arrived home from their interview with L King. This was after the remains had been found.
 
Did Kathi Belich the news reporter ever disclose what was in the email Cindy A. said was Hacked into that was sent to Kathi?
 
Thank you NancyB.... I wasn't sure if a visit with Annie did occur? Went back and looked at the August calendar of jail visits in August and the scheduled visits with GA and CA that KC refused were there so assuming she refused to see Annie as well. Too bad though as this would have been really interesting to see. Going back to lurking now, lol. THANK YOU!!!!!
 
I've always been of the belief that Casey either escorted or was involved in *advertiser censored* in one way or another. I've also been struck by Cindy's comment that "when Casey lies there's always a bit of truth in it." She told people she worked at Universal and I saw many posts and links at another forum about their being a Universal Adult Entertainment based at the Sawgrass Apartments. Has anyone here explored that? Also, what was meant on the Jayne cable news show last night when that one attorney commented on photos of Casey attached to the plea for leniency so she would not receive the death penalty. I have a feeling that those were significant and there's something in her past that we don't yet know for certain. Somehow those photos were supposed to make us have sympathy for her. What on earth could they be?

You might be talking about Mark E., (can't spell his last name) he is an attorney on HLN Prime News a lot. The photos he is talking about are pictures of Casey when she was a baby and little girl, from what he said on Mike Galanos's show the other day. I don't know how that is supposed to make people have sympathy... all criminals are babies at first.
 
I have been looking for the Search Warrants and Inventory and Receipt from Dec. Has that been disclosed yet as to what was taken from the Anthony home?
Also, it was said that Baez also was claiming that LE took items that they were not supposed to take and Baez also took items from the home, is there a list of what Baez took?

He was insistent that these were scary in some way and that they depicted something we haven't seen yet. I'm curious...

So far, none of that has been released to the public. Maybe it will be coming soon since Baez was in court arguing for it last week..

They had added Casey's baby photos in the packet when they were trying to take the "Death Penalty" off the table so that they would feel sorry for her.

Also, in the doc's there is a statement from one of the shot girls from Fusion that claims that Casey did work there as a sub/call in.

There's got to be more to it than this. He was hyping himself up implying it was confidential blockbuster information. I'm not sure why photos of her as a baby would automatically imply sympathy. I was wondering if perhaps they were photos that showed something warped within the family.
 
Is there anyone who is familiar with how Florida courts handle foreclosure that could tell me what information would be included in an
AFFIDAVIT OF DILIGENT SEARCH & INQUIRY AS TO [Insert name of home owner.]
Would this affidavit be just a list and photocopies of dates of paperwork sent and proof of non pickup of certified and registered letters or with this include narrative of any physical trips to the home, comments from neighbors etc.

I would be interested to see if there would be any helpful information about the owners of the Brackenwood Drive house such a ‘neighbors said they moved out of the area’ or ‘house is empty no one has been seen in x amount of months’. What information would be on this affidavit.

If it was really confidential blockbuster information, why would a talking head on TV totally unrelated to the case have it?
 
Possibly hype? Just wondering about this too tech and secrets . Didn't DC visit KC late at night one night and for a long time? I will go read up again now.
 
Don't know where to put this....but for those interested...Geraldo At Large is suggesting serious allegations of misconduct with the jailhouse videos on his program tonight.
