I noticed something new tonight while watching Nancy Grace--

During LE's interview with Casey on July 16th, Casey claims to have talked to Caylee on the phone the day before, and Casey says that Caylee was talking to her about the book that she's been reading. Quote: "And she just kept talking about the book that she's been reading. We have videos of her reading the story, and she's telling me the story."

The only video I've seen of Caylee reading that book was recorded by Cindy on Father's Day, June 15th, at the nursing home. Have we seen any other videos of Caylee reading that book??? Because if the only video is the one from June 15th, then when did Casey have time to learn that it was taken? And why would the subject even come up at a time of such family turmoil?

Somewhere in the mountain of documents, I read that KC uploaded some pictures to the computer on the 15th. When I read it, I took it to mean that she had done this after Cindy and Caylee returned from the nursing home. That would have been when she could have seen the video.

I believe you are very astutely noticing the difference in usage of PC's by RM, and the difference between PC usage and "online accounts" which can be utilized anywhere (ie: work PC).. The "win her over with chlorofrom" was an image deleted from his myspace on 7/16/08. LE has had it from the beginning, expect to see it at trial.

What struck me odd, is that in GA statement on 7/24, he specifically says that RM told him KC had access to his car on "such and such a date"- yes, that's verbatim. Yet, there are is no question, in any further statement, from any witness, asking for clarification on that issue..

SOO..

You have a chlorform "ad" on both accounts, and searches as well.
You have a statement that KC had access to his car on dates of interest, especially when Caylee was missing.. What gives?

Thanks for that, the next thing I was about to look up was the date the 'win her over' pic was posted and deleted.
Do you know when it was originally posted? And where I can find it in the docs?
The deletion on a key date suggests the mindset of getting rid of items that could be incriminating, so maybe he did delete other things.
Again, not throwing the guy under the bus, just very curious about it all.

Was kc's car REALLY out of gas when GA went to retrieve it from the tow yard? I recall reading that the car was pulled in to a parking spot at Amscot, but not if there was enough gas to bring the car home. When tonE picked her up he stated she had food (prob from home) which makes me think she just decided to abandon the car there.

According to the gentleman at Johnson's Towing, the Pontiac would not start when GA first tried, so GA retrieved a gas can from his own car, put gas into the Pontiac, and it started right up. Actually, that may have been GA who gave that statement, but the rest is correct.

I cant discuss this on this thread- dont wanna get in trouble-
This article said Dominic called him the 15th and told him to get back up here-
http://www.wftv.com/news/18394140/detail.html
LP would have never went back to Calif. if Dominic just called him and said he found the body????????

Actually, that article is saying that Dominic called Hoover, not LP.

I read on the board Casey released Caylees' remains to the funeral home. Are we sure she gave C.A. and G.A. permission to make all the arrangements? As long as she had to give permission she may choose to do the rest herself also.I would like to know. Thank you.

I just thought of this and posted on another thread, but I'd really like the answer to this, so cross-posting here:

In the bond hearing, CA stated that Gentiva had planned to pay her income beyond her 5 weeks PTO, as long as it took to find Caylee.

Does anyone know at what point, if at all, Gentiva stopped paying CA's salary from the employee trust fund?

Tater, Last I heard/read Cindy was on short term disability. Have no idea where that came from though. I've been trying to stay away from reading too much lately, but I've got to know...Any word on Caylee's funeral yet? Poor baby, still has not been laid to rest.

In walk thru interview with Greta, Cindy descibes when George moved a plant in the back garden. She says "couple of weeks ago"

Do we have any more definite date for when plant moved?

I haven't heard anything that they stopped paying Cindy. There are a lot of rumors about "possible" disability but I take that one as a rumor.

We know that Caylee's remains were released to the funeral home, and we heard through the Anthony's attorney that the Anthony's plan on having a private and public memorial for Caylee. Casey might be telling her parents what she would like for Caylee, but we have to wait and see what the Anthony's say, if anything.

Question: Has it been confirmed by LE or authorities that there was duct tape found wrapped around or on the skull? Or is this just a rumor?

Lot's of speculation regarding where the duct tape was found on Caylee, if it was actually on Caylee.

sorry if this has already been asked....But does anyone remember the date of the last emergency hearing when JB requested the info from the crime scene and the judge told the SA office that they had 14 days to turn over...Trying to judge when we might expect the next document dump..and will that come with the turnover of discovery items?

Great idea to have a place for unanswered questions - because I have one.
I've just read the transcript of the tow yard owner - he met George and Cindy when they came to pick up the car. He stated that George knew it had been towed from the Amscot and knew it had run out of gas. He even had a gas can in his own car. But Casey was still at her bf's house and Cindy hadn't met up with Amy yet. Any ideas or answers? Thanks much.

Thank you Patty. I was most interested in seeing that early video of CA telling the press when Caylee was last seen. She goes over the night before, tucking her in etc. Then she relates how she heard them breathing through the closed bedroom door the next morning. If I recall correctly, GA is right beside her during this interview when she makes these statements and never once adds that he saw them later in the morning/early afternoon leaving the house. It seems to me that GA would add this to CA's response when the reporter asked when was the last time Caylee was seen. Even if he wasn't right there as I recall why didn't CA tell the reporter about GA seeing them too that morning. I want to review the video to see if I remember this correctly. The interview was very soon after KC was arrested. I'm pretty sure that by the time of the bond hearing they had added GA's account to their testimony.

I haven't been able to find that particular video you are looking for however, I went back to the first document dump (Page 39) to pull up George's written statement to the police on July 15th at 10:16 PM and in that statement George writes: "the last time he heard or saw Caylee was on June 9th. Based on the revision of the date this would be June 16th." There is no elaboration at all in this statement about that day at all, the time, the hour, watching TV etc. - very generic statement.

Assuming that the venue doesn't get changed, what qualifications would get someone (a central Floridian) on or off the jury in this case? To be more specific, would a person be disqualified by their interest in the case? Would they be disqualified due to their discussions on this board and others? I guess this might be a question for any legal experts out there. I've heard no further word lately on the change of venue, so I'm curious how they will find an untainted jury in Central Fl.

Not sure of what your question is, but he knew it was towed from amscott because it was stated on the form that the towyard sent to him telling him the car was towed.

I'm not quite sure what your question is. Are you wondering how GA knew the car was out of gas if they hadn't even spoken to KC or friends yet? I seem to recall that in one of the interviews he gave to either OCSO or to FBI, he said he assumed she had run out of gas because that was pretty common for her. He brought a gas can just in case.

Are you referring to the yellow book that was found at the Suburban Dr. site?

Copied this from the myorangeclerk.com site:
12/22/2008 A EMERGENCY MOTION TO COMPEL PHOTOGRAPHS AND X-RAYS TAKEN OF REMAINS FILED
12/23/2008 A MOTION TO COMPEL PHOTOGRAPHS AND X-RAYS TAKEN OF REMAINS (REC'D FROM JUDGE)
12/23/2008 A ORDER DISPOSING OF EMERGENCY TO COMPEL PHOTOGRAPHS AND X-RAYS OF REMAINS GRANTED

Daughter Alice one of our Fl. posters stated that if the trial was held further north of Orlando that the people are much more down to earth and wouldn't be near as forgiving concerning her actions.
