Are KC's or the A household's phone records for May 2008 available anywhere?

I'm wondering because in the IM transcript of KC and AR (located @ [ame="http://websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77596"]http://websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77596[/ame]), on May 6th KC talks about playing phone tag with *the nanny, and even says things like "I just called her" and so on. It would be interesting to know who, if anyone, KC did call.

I must have miscommunicated; it's the exact opposite - ATT is using the MS icon cover that is from the soundtrack to demonstrate the movie picture for their on-demand lineup.

My guess, if she actually called anyone, would be CA to see if she could watch Caylee. If not, then she was just stalling for time and laying tracks for a bs story as to why she couldn't go somewhere. Between stuff like this and the fake "heart attack" she gave GA as an excuse not to go to Jax, it seems like she is either too insecure to tell her friends the truth or just enjoys creating DRAAMMMMA!
 
On NG this weekend (I think it was the Friday show) there was part of an interview with Jessie G where he mentions that he had received a text from Casey where Casey said "she had something to tell him but she would have to get really drunk in order to do it".

I can't find this text and I was wondering what the date was - it was implied that it was while Caylee was missing.

Do we have any more info about this? What was Casey talking about? This text reminded me of the one she sent to the guy in Cali. (MH? the name is slipping my mind) where Casey said she had something urgent to tell him. I'm wondering if there is any relevant connection to the case or if it has been determined that this was just more Casey BS drama.
 
I thought the "she would have to get drunk to do it" was a delay to buy Casey time to NOT explain to Jesse why she did not want him to talk to Cindy. Cindy had just blogged about "Missing Caylee" on myspace, been trying to call Casey and left lots of messages for Casey.

Casey was doing damage control to make sure Jesse didn't talk to Cindy and say something he shouldn't.

If my memory is correct, the "get drunk first" thing was to the guy in Cali. With JG she had told him not to talk to CA and she would explain later. I believe this is when she said there was a lot of "drama".

WHAT HAPPENED to the doc dump released to defense about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks ago? IIRC, Musikman was watching for its release and was going to make it available to us even though it was thought to be mostly old news (copies of civil case interviews, etc).

Good Question!!! I've been wondering the same thing. I don't ever remember the delay being this long in any other doc dump. Anyone have any clues as to why it's taking so long, especially if this group of docs truly is old news? Makes one wonder if there might not be something interesting in them after all!

On NG it was an audio recording of Jessie G saying the get drunk comment was in a text to him from Casey. It is very similar to what was said to the Cali guy which is why I was wondering if the "thing she had to tell" was the same thing to both men. But I don't know what that could be.

I'm probably just making myself crazy over something really random here. Maybe just Casey wanting some attention...

When did the real ZG lose her driver's license? I'm trying to find out because am wondering if maybe KC had it. RG stated she used ZG's first and last name back in 2006 when he was pressuring her to make other arrangements for Caylee's care.

Why do people call TL 'TonE? I don't understand where the E came from.

TonE was the IM username that he had used in communications with Casey which were in a doc dump. I think this is right, but if not someone please correct.
 
Anyone know who the other girl is in the car pictures with AD and KC? And also who is the girl in the referee outfit in the costume pics?

Jesse has objected to Jose's request for his cell phone records saying it is too broad as it has no time periods specified. Amy H. and Roy K. have both already filed objections to Jose's request for their phone records also.

TY! I figured that was the objection to the subpeonae. Still don't understand the 'protective order'. Am I thinking too literally? I always think of a 'protective order' in relation to violence or being harrassed or something like that.

Yes, I think protective order refers to protecting his phone records. That sounds kind of strange but that's really all it is.
 
Given what JB said in court today about JG being suspect, is there any official doc from LE/SA that does say JG is NOT a suspect. I know we have discussed his polygraph but I don't remember any official release about it. Thanxs.

And since I am asking this, who exactly HAS LE/SA officially ruled out?
