IMO, based on the document dump with Cindy's letters to Casey, there is no indication that Casey has written back.

Since we know JB has been the "smuggler" as ICA called him, of their messages, how would we know whether she has written or not unless CA divulges that information..?

So far, there is no indication that a webcam has been set up at the Anthony home since Casey went back to jail.
