Another guest saying it is an excellent way to search the home without damaging it. JVM talking about what LE must go through to obtain a signed search warrant; what has to be listed, what they are looking for, etc.

CW Jensen, retired police captain, discussing probable cause and why they need a warrant. Focus on parents.

Dr. Vincent DiMaio: LE not looking for trace evidence; they are looking for a body. Suspect the mother at a minimum.

JVM bringing up financial problems with parents; cell phone had been turned off, JI working 2nd job at Starbuck's remodel. Alexis, from radaronline.com, discussing JI needing to work the night shift that night; definitely seemed to be struggling for money. JVM bringing up DB buying the box of wine, baby food and baby wipes; putting baby to bed at 6:40, drinking until 10:30pm; also on anti-anxiety meds.

JVM asking clinical psychologist about DB taking the meds and alcohol. Two together are contra-indicators; not supposed to mix pills and alcohol. JVM bringing up doing this at the same time should be watching child; child goes missing.

I wish we had a thread just to discuss this sighting. I want to know exactly who saw what! I want to know if the husband was going to work or coming home from work.
In one article it says he was going to work, in other it says he was coming home from work...so which is it? In one article or video she says "We" seen and in another she says "He" seen...so which is it?



At the end of the first video the mans wife is speaking to a reporter and it sounds like she says "We seen the guy act like he was gonna go into a residence over here but then my husband drove off so we're thinking he was just doing that so my husband would leave."

In another video (I'll have to hunt it down) it's reported that the husband returned to the home after seeing the man carrying the baby and asked his wife to call the police.

So which is it, was the man going to work or coming home from work and just exactly who saw what?

PO believes LE is saying they are starting from scratch all over again with search warrant; they have theory and it has to do with the mother. Sometimes search is just to get hands on anything that can be evidence of a crime; anything to try to help solve this mystery.

Exactly! Who knows? But I am sure LE did follow up on this, whatever the outcome.

Further discussion of the search, several bags of "evidence" put in police vans, and a "giant carpet" (JVM's words).

Taking calls now. Caller says taking a baby and cell phones doesn't make sense. Wants to know about reported 2:38am call. Did drinking neighbor take polygraph?

JVM wants to know when anyone unrelated to Lisa saw her.

HUH? Second job? I'm not so sure this isn't being misreported. A company vehicle would be taken from anyone who drove said vehicle to another job. I understood it to be electrical work being done overnight. It isn't uncommon to have that kind of work done during non-business hours. IMO, media is adding infor since they aren't getting anything from LE and assuming since they didn't pay their phone bill because they were so broke. If the cell was turned off for non payment, then at least they bought baby food and wipes instead of worrying about that bill.

I'm trying NOT to watch too much of these shows, but gosh it's hard not to.

If something does not break soon, Lisa won't be big news much longer, I fear...Baby Joshua did not get this much coverage and now he gets nothing. If there is nothing to report, they will report just that...sad to think about.
