Ya'll have to see this!!!! It is great!!

Given her history of living with men I got the impression that she assumed Travis would let her move in with him. I don't think she had any intention of getting a job or paying rent. She just thought she could manipulate Travis into letting her stay there until ultimately she was living there and she could take advantage of all the things he had to offer.

During interrogation with Flores! She said her finger prints would be there! Because she lived there?

Each side is required to turn over everything unless it's work product. Work product includes anything that contains case strategy, theories or tactics of the attorneys. It's often hard to determine what is, and what is not, work product because many times there are test results or other testimonial evidence (discoverable) and strategic info (not discoverable) within the same document. So, it sounds like the judge found a few of the notes contained both.

Thanks, JRS_JD2L!!!

This is true. Everyone says he left to doors unlocked, and yet Jodi testifies that she KNEW the front door would be locked so that's why she went in around back.

Hummm??? So, Travis said he'd wait up for her, then he locks the door.
Very i n t e r e s t i n g!

She reminds me of Gretel - dropping little breadcrumbs of lies and inconsistencies all along the way.

She said she lived there "for months and months," but I don't really see when?

Oops... Can't believe you made the reference to Nurmi's wurmi!

Shouldn't have told me about Maria. I just found her city/state/zip, email address, and phone number.

She worked with Sue Stodola in Adult Probation @ Maricopa County before Sue's retirement from that department.

Here's what she's been doing since 1999:

Capital Mitigation Specialist
Self-Employed

May 2006 – Present (6 years 11 months)

Probation Officer
Adult Probation Department

June 1999 – May 2006 (7 years) Maricopa County Arizona

Victim Advocate
Maricopa Office of the Prosecutor Office

November 2004 – May 2005 (7 months) Phoenix, Arizona Area

Just stating the obvious! :floorlaugh:

You know what .. why has that not been mentioned. She totally snuck after the photos to kill him, in her Ninja clothing, I think that anyway, but that screen is interesting and has not been mentioned at all.

You can see it in pic #162 as well. Might be a red herring, but someone was interested in it enough to mark it as evidence...?

Hmmm weren't the flatmates home when the friends called around, otherwise I would say it could have been them trying to enter the house .. she so snuck in, and interesting that the front door was locked when in the past it hadn't been, perhaps Travis had started being more secure around the house.

JA stated when she lived near "it was almost like living with him because I was over there all the time", and then there were those 3 or 4 days she "stayed" with him before she moved back to CA. I'm sure she considers that "living with him" in her imagination.
She did, after all, state that she was intentionally trying to down play HER animosity towards Travis in hopes to cover her motive.
This woman is one piece of work.

Actual photo of HLN producers meeting with their "source".

I know people will make all sorts of hi-falutin' arguments about the sanctity of journalism and all that good stuff, but when I hear people citing sources without telling you anything about the source, or use the B.S. Fox News formulation of "Some people say..." or run a graphic on the screen posed as a question ("Did Obama Have a Beer with the Grey Aliens before Deciding to Take Your Guns Away and Surrender to the New World Order?") my red flag launcher goes off like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxgMhHOaUSY

Do I think a producer on an already hyperventilating cable news show would use an unauthoritative source or, even better, just make something up?

Yes. That's infotainment.

I mean, gee, just look at TruTV (formerly CourtTV) doing away with their court coverage in favor of "reality television" that is just scripted garbage. In case you don't know, shows like "Lizard Lick Towing" use actors (Wikipedia: "Lizard Lick Towing is an American reality television series that is filmed in the style of cinema verité. The show is based around scripted and reenacted scenarios.")

No nice way to say it, but Jane Velez Mitchell is pretty much sensationalistic, content-free TV. And the "Senior Producer" on that clip sounds like the product of a communications degree with a minor in cosmetology.

Unfortunately, we do not know when it got came off the window.
That reminds me Dr <mod snip> made the reference Jodi had to climb out a window at her grandparents house. What was that all about?

And the skinnier she gets the more they look like the grim reaper's skeleton hands.

I posted before that I watch cartoons every night before I go to sleep after watching the trial coverage all day.

Her dead eyes and creepy hands...she scares the bejeezus out of me and just knowing the horror those hands wreaked, I can't stand to even look at them. I can barely stand to look at her - she's so disgusting.

And she's forever ruined one of my most beloved Christmas songs, "O Holy Night". I'll never be able to listen to it again without seeing her soulless eyes.

I agree with and feel the same way as you about her. She is so repulsive that for me she invokes a certain fascination and curiosity, so that on one hand, I feel drawn to study her like a bug under a microscope. On the other, I find her so disgusting I almost shudder.

And she not only butchered "O Holy Night", for her to sing it was nothing less than a mockery and a sacrilege, imo.

And she is just as scary as you say, from now on when I think of evil entities, goblins and ghouls she is what I will think of first.

I agree, it's to be taken for what it's worth. However, it would make sense. He was planning the trip while they were dating. Why wouldn't you make your girlfriend your plus one?

You just burst my bubble. I thought every word they said was the absolute truth - even when they recount the crime incorrectly. lol

Bringing this over from closed thread.

And another thing that has been driving me crazy. She was living in N California and working at some seasonal restaurant < always a restaurant,.....And she just up and quits her job and moves to Mesa AFTER they break up? She told Flores it was because "plans were ALREADY in the works", and she was moving in with a friend. PLEASE. There were no plans. The girl she moved in with kicked her OUT after a week or so. She had NO where to live, NO job. She moved there because and only because she was OBSESSED with TA and she could watch/stalk his every move.

Question - After the first girl kicked Jodi out in AZ where did she live for all those months b4 she moved back to CA in April 2008?

Well IMO, Judge Stephens is NO Belvin Perry. She certainly doesn't run a very tight ship, either. Court always starts late and she seems to be like a deer in the headlights at times. I'm sure it's not easy presiding over this case but she really needs to up her game!
