It sure sounds that way. KK doesn't want his attorney saying anything because HE wants to be the one to disclose any information. I wouldn't be surprised if his attorney is now taking offers from media sources to speak to the fine young lad.

I have a feeling that since that note isn't specifically addressed to KK, his attorney isn't going to get his hands on it and neither is KK.

ETA: Same for the watch. If there's nothing in writing, and apparently there isn't, he won't be seeing that in the future either.
