The families are being seated as they await the content of this second note today from the jury. Given the earlier note - I expect this one will tell the Judge once again they are deadlocked and a unanimous verdict is impossible. Judge Cannone enters.

No surprise, mistrial. Those previous notes made it clear that a verdict just wasn’t possible. I can’t wait to learn about the breakdown in regards to guilty/not guilty.

It does sound like multiple people were for guilty through, so not one or two holdouts.
