The ugly man's black leather sports jacket described by witness TS had several pockets with metal zippers, and to one of these pockets was attached a pen on a piece of string. It would be interesting to find out if the leather jacket reportedly often worn by CB had this distinctive string and pen?

The track to it is gated on the latest Google aerial view, not sure whether gate has a lock. The farm possibly has a nora (donkey powered well), not sure.

On June 22, 2007 the farm is empty. No animals and no well.

I am thinking historically when that farm did function, a nora(donkey well) would have been useful for animal drink so maybe there is one but largely overgrown??? For example
(Added) at 37.076824, -8.816350 appears to be something rusty metal under that tree, maybe Nora mechanism??? And maybe via pipe it feeds a central trough???

I see no noria. If you see 10/03/2013 there's a rusty cylindrical thing that was perhaps a water tank in the past.

Hi, I've been following for weeks and feel quite familiar with a lot of you, have laughed along with some comments, shrugged at others and pored over photos trying to see things. There is just so much to read I've not read it all. I'm just about keeping track of initials and nicknames.

I've got no new facts - I wish I had! - just random thoughts and questions (I should join in more often and say these things as they occur really). But IMO these things are equally valid - they keep the conversation live and, you never know, one persons thoughts could spark something off for someone else and eventually lead to something. Current thoughts (very random!) are:

1)Paedo pants lol I have no idea whether that was a wind up or not but oddly I was just googling to whether it is typical for paedophiles to seek out like minded people. I didn't actually find anything out but was quite interested to read that there is a distinction between being a peadophile and a child sex abuser. I'd never thought of that before. It just seems to me that there are so many people in this area who are linked to each other in some way, whether working in property or fixing computers or offering risotto. I'm firmly of the gut-feeling that people were helping each other out in this respect, and are we just seeing the tip of an iceberg? Also - the reports of animosity in PDL towards people who speak up - wow, why?

2) The idea that info is being drip fed by the press really seems to fit - one day NF is just someone in the area, now it turns out she may be a lot more involved.

3) NF father - it was mentioned earlier that NF was interviewed for one hour by German LE, I thought it was him that was interviewed. And the comment of case 90% solved - I thought that was his comment, not the LE's? So really it's pretty meaningless all round, or meant to be passed on... And if NF was involved, to what extent was the involvement of those around her (ie including father)

4) LS - rented out house (which she maybe did or did not own) for a number of years and received no rent for 4 (I'm sure I read that) - is that for real? Why? Her name keeps cropping up. Was she part of the drip feed?

5) The location - I looked at Foral on Google Maps never having been anywhere near the place. expecting to see some kind of pretty village. It wasn't what I expected! Big fences, everything spread out and set back, every fence and gate had some kind of security notice on it. Didn't look to me (from what I could see) like any homely kind of place! No wonder everyone seems to have dozens of dogs. It all looked so isolating.

CB says he wants to suffocate the child through deep-throat, and wants to make a lot of videos out of it and destroy it later? (not completely clear)
The German profiler says that CB has his income through burglaries and dealing, so child *advertiser censored* and abuse, he does not earn any income from that?Seems off,imo because CB is described as wanna be money maker.

Wasn't there an earlier report if a very sick 2013 Skype chat - the gist of which was wanting to catch something small for a few days. It would be documented. It would be safe as long as the evidence was destroyed. And tellingly - not like the deepthroat thing that took too long.

It was much earlier in the thread - when people were discussing the room.

Is this a new Skype chat or a different translation of that one?

I get that impression as well. I think it forms a (relatively) coherent story as well.

I take it with a pinch of salt but the quote re him having a horrible job to do would also fit that. That would suggest that it wasn't simply for his own pleasure and there was some sort of financial (or otherwise) incentive to do it.

There was a lot of focus on here re the German LE making their announcement on the Jaguar registration. I have a suspicion that this part of the investigation is actually focused on firming up what they already know or suspect on the monetary assets and his financial situation. If there are co-conspirators they want to go after, they need to be able to describe what their link to CB is and I think if the link is there, there will definitely be evidence to find in the information age.

I am thinking, the way he said he had a job to do, wouldn't sound so bad, and the other person could question, but if someone says I've got an awful job to do, then that could be like, just don't ask about it, it's how it's said in context and also translation.

Makes me wonder what's 10% missing. Braunschweig LE asks for information on caller. Is that 10%? Telling someone was at PDL 1-5h before MM's disappearance, the best that can mean, isn't enough to charge anyone, less s0 to sentence him.

Germany has just found a 30,000 ring. Unfortunately that's not just a local problem anywhere on earth.

I, unfortunately, was born sans filter. It was a great source of pain for my mother, who always blamed herself. Folk here are very handy with the reply button so I can’t see there being any mixups, but if there’s a reply that makes you squeamish then yeah, refer it onto myself
