That post is too cryptic for me even to attempt a guess at its meaning.I wonder if any 'prominent people will be investigated, or be airbrushed out as would be the case in UK ?

Still nothing that points to CB being guilty of killing Madeleine.
In 2017 Rowley talked of a critical line of enquiry, imo it'll remain unsolved but CB will be for ever the one.Another year older and deeper in doubt.

It would be announced in the newspapers, of course. It's not a secret. Can SuperdadV8 help us out, here, on usual German protocol?
If charges had been pressed against Brueckner would that be publicly announced?
Or would whatever are the German equivalent of our sub judice laws prevent that?

A judgement that has not been publicly negotiated is regarded as legally flawed – irrespective of whether the violation was actually the cause of the result. The background is the idea of strengthening confidence in the courts through public scrutiny and giving citizens the opportunity to convince themselves of the legality of the judicial process. Accordingly, it is forbidden for the judiciary to take measures that are likely to deter interested listeners, such as their registration by police officers. Last but not least, the emergence of secret justice, typical of totalitarian states and dictatorships, will be prevented.
Seems as if it might be a lot more open than was supposed?

The Mail article is currently displaying MM disappearance as occurring in 2003.. hopefully they will at least update that part..
As for the Sun / Mail forecasts regarding CB we’ll have to wait and see if they are more accurate in that respect …

I think he's been charged, Niner posted this on page 1 of this thread.Has Brueckner actually been charged with anything as yet or are charges still pending ?
Wiesbaden! Interesting!More speculation from the British media about a possible arrest of CB in the Madeleine case.
"The Sun reports that Brueckner could be charged within the next twelve months.
Police are continuing with their inquiry as they test evidence to lead to a possible arrest.
There is also a high-level meeting about the investigation that is set to take place between law enforcement officials next month in Wiesbaden, western Germany.
Once he is charged, Brueckner would likely face trial around September time."
